This property is centrally located which makes it ideal to walk to all the highlights of the city. The house is stocked with what you'll need. We loved that there were extra towels along with shampoo and body gel provided. The coffee maker was Italian and nothing we had used before so we just bought instant coffee and there is a cafe on the same street. The office did sent us a contract to sign with an inventory sheet with a listing of everything in the apartment and with exact numbers of every item - forks, spoons, plates, lamps, rugs, etc...The contract said we would be charged for anything missing so I asked if someone was going to meet us upon arrival to confirm and help go through the inventory sheet. We were told that we could do that on our own and that it would be checked after we left. So you can see that on my vacation I was counting silverware as I did not want to be charged for anything missing. This was new to me. We were told several times to be respectful of the noise level bc a tenant had a new baby. I have no problem with this and appreciated knowing. However, the noise concern would not be coming from us but from the ongoing construction right outside our window in the street. I wish this had been disclosed as it was very loud and disruptive in the morning. The bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner, especially behind the doors in the bathrooms. The beds and pillows were memory foam and were extremely comfortable - that was a very nice touch.

This was easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed while travelling through Spain. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised. The rooms were set up so that you can’t hear the hustle and bustle of the street while you sleep! Centrally located… easy to get to everywhere! Highly recommend if you are travelling with your family!

The place had plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. The location is very central to all of the sites of Madrid. We would book again.

We had a wonderful stay. Nerea the property manager was awesome. She was very friendly extremely attentive to our needs for early check in. The place was impeccable. Our only concern was that it was a bit loud at night due to a small business across the street. However, the best pizza in town was also across the street!! Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this property for a two week stay in Madrid. We wanted a centralized location but I really wasn’t aware how great this one was until we got there. It’s only a few minutes walk from several of the major museums, the Gran Villa, great restaurants and shopping centers. The apartment was decorated beautifully and it had all the amnesties you would need for a long or short stay. At times the street can be a bit loud hit most of the noise is muted with the windows shut. Only hiccup was that the A/C didn’t work for the first three days but was fixed soon after. This was my only concern was that it wasn’t checked before our arrival. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to five or six and the two bathrooms were large enough with great pressure and very hot water. There is even a half bath. Please be aware that in Europe the first floor would be an American’s second floor. Another benefit of the apartment is that there is an elevator /lift. The property owner communicated with me about the a/c daily and was on the property when it was repaired to help with the clean up. I would definitely rent this property again.
