2. upper floor apartments are good value for money

needs to be a bit improved ( paintings, better Kitchen equipment- missing spoons, forks…etc).
can be very complicated/tricky with all codes to open doors etc…

Near MidValley, easy parking, easy access,
Service staff took very long to setup the room. Trash bag were not provided too.
Upgraded room was revoked but was not communicated properly. Took my family by surprise upon checked in. Very disappointing.
Paid premium but did not live up to expectations.

The apartment was nice enough, and we did not experience poor cleanliness issues that some previous visitors had reported.
There is a driking water purifier
Proximity to a good shopping mall is a real plus
- no toaster or rice cooker, and these were not even available for loan. No rice cooker in Asia? Extraordinary. And I had to toast bread in a saucepan
- there is no safe in the room. We travel extensively, and this is the first place I’ve stayed in without this. A serious miss.
- crockery was insufficient; for example there were no small side plates;
- cooking utensils were basic at best;
- no water glasses, we had to use wine glasses for water, which are easily knocked over;
- AC in a couple of the bedrooms blows directly at the bed. We had to switch it off and open the door to the living room and use its AC
- the apartment was noisy; there was train and traffic noise all through the night, despite being 39 floors up.
- the PIN code to enter the room is annoying. Had to keep referring to the phone to get the code, until eventually we remembered it.
- cleaning service is only once a week

The views and the spaciousness
No tea towels or hand towels were provided. When requested we were told that was not provided. This is a small but important detail. We were there 7 nights even with minimum cooking, I would think tea towels would have been part of a kitchen
