Excellent suite and location

It is close to the twin towers , it is about a 15 minutes walk to any attraction such as the petaling market, and central market.
The security guards were always smiling and helpful.
The breakfast wasnot open buffet , very small space available for the breakfast , only four options to choose from, the workers in the cafe are not welcoming. We were a family of six , we had one key for the lift , and one key for the apartment which was not convenient at all, an iron was supposed to be provided , but they did not provide it , the property was cleaned daily but towels and toileteries were not placed in the room unless requested. Also on arrival and departure you have to carry the bags to your own room .

Overall apartment was very nice and clean, equipped with good equipment. We had 3 bedroom apartment - very spacious, good view.
Shared swimming pool, laundry, gym, study room and good breakfast.
Only they had a key problem which was sorted it out later on.

The location is good, near by Bukit Bintang. The receptionist Abdul Jalil was helpful though , tried to make our stay satisfactory.
The whole building is not a hotel. Just 1 or 2 floors have apartments. Maintained by 2-3 staff including the receptionist and the house keeping. There is no one to carry your luggage to your room. You have to do it yourself.
The rooms were okay, But the first room which we got was not clean and it had a foul smell. Then we requested for a change, they did it.
Don't expect much with the breakfast, You get a menu Card from which you can select one dish not more than one.
You get drinks though Juice or tea( Very Watery with too sweet).
