Awesome quiet location, yet short distance to food, entertainment and shopping.

We planned to stay elsewhere on the second stay, but most apartments are cash on arrival and ours told us they didn't have a room despite us booking six months in advance. Didn't hestitate to stop the car and book back at Susuana Suites. CC payment, confirmed booking no hassles. The location is great, and in hindsight, we were better off coming back to here and staying in times square. Location is quite yet a short walk from shopping, food, entertainment. definitely come back here again.

We didn't notice the first stay, but this stay they had the elevator music in the halls that run all night and penetrated the rooms. well, at least till we feel asleep, so not 100% if it was all, all night.

excellent choice for a family trip

the comfort and convenience of staying all family in one single apartment is great during holiday. with the option of cooking and availability of all the equipments and great view from all the rooms makes this stay very special.

there was a strange smell from the drainage coming from one of the toilet. possibly because of lack of window or exhaust inside. and even after keeping the door opened we couldn’t get the foul smell off from the toilet

IIt is CNY2023. ,we choose Suasana for its name sake for a diverse Reunion feast around Bkt Ceylon.

the location is top marks We like that every dinning experience is abt 10 mins walk.The place is well furnished and comfortable.

Room 3201 is the place we stayed. There is a bad stench from 2nd bathroom that permeates the whole unit everytime we come back.This has really affected our stay. Suasana staffs must really b a little courteous especially the guy manning the parking area and the reception and info area. Suggest the admin send us an email giving us the exact detail that check-in is at level 10.and our parking is at Level 1 A

An awesome staycation place!

Our second time here. We loved the place and its surrounding. A quiet and comfortable staycation for us. During check in, your Ezlin was most helpful. Will definitely come back again when we need a staycation at the city!

4 Nighs with my family in Kuala

the size of the apartment and the number of rooms the location is good

the room not clean and all the beds sheet , billows are dirty. the bathrooms have musty smell. need to go to 10th floor if you want any services the telephones system is not working. the reception with kitchen in the same area 10th floor. there no services after 10 and no representative after 10 pm. the elevator not have Fan and not enough air in the elevator.

When requesting for house keeping during the stay, only partially clean up The cleanliness of bedsheet, blanket, pillow case unsatisfied

A great hotel apartment for big size families/groups. I booked 3times of their 3-room apartment as there was 18 pax in my group. The room size for each apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Check in was also fast and easy. Location is slightly away from the central area but we liked it cos we are not affected by any jams and our vehicles could be left in a secure parking.

Choice of food for breakfast was limited and their top-up rate was also very slow. There was only 1 staff serving and 1 chef cooking the omelette on a Sunday morning which was a full house. Wifi for one of the room was also not stable and kept getting diconnected.

Location was good. The view was amazing.

There was no slippers provided. The floor is quite sticky and bathroom's floor was too slippery. Overall, it's quite an old building and we hope that they could improve that area.

Great variety for breakfast. Good location and really overall great service from staff.

The wifi could be better. Had to use mobile data and hotspot for internet purposes.
