Hotel correcto para visitar KL

El hotel en general está bien en todos los aspectos. El desayuno es correcto en calidad, bueno en cantidad. La ubicación es muy buena, a 5 minutos andando de Jalan Alor, y accesible para moverse en Grab.

Un problema que tuvimos con el personal de limpieza de las habitaciones. Nos querían cobrar una toalla porque decían que estaba manchada y no se podía limpiar.

Stayed there last year so was familiar with the place and location and the price was good.

Location was very good. Breakfast choice was good.

Only two tea bags and two coffee sachets per day in a room for three people was not good enough, luckily we brought some with us.

Great stay, very good location

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kuala Lumpur! The location was excellent - you can walk to most tourist attractions in KL, service was great - very friendly, attentive and helpful staff! Rooms are clean with good toiletries provided! The swimming pool was very clean and the breakfast was just amazing, with great variety provided! We also ate at the restaurant hotel, the food was good, but as you would expect on the pricey side.

Can further improve to higher standards..

The breakfast in the morning keeps you for a whole day.. Welcoming staff Good internet

No one assisted to help us to carry our luggage into the room had to do it ourselves.. Glasses and cups when used doesnt get cleaned by housekeeping the next day.. It gets left as is.. Poor sound proofing we can hear everything through the wall..

Perfectly pleasant, clean n comfy! :)

Breakfast was good, some people might consider it basic but we are more than satisfied. We loved the Sarawak theme here, even has the Sarawak laksa for breakfast and some local desserts, yummy. The room was just nice and comfy, loved that the blanket was just right (not too warm, room temp was great) and mattress was perfect for us (hubby's comment) which helped with good rest esp after a long haul flight. Location was near Jalan Alor and other attractions, so convenient for food shopping and public transport. Staff were attentive and friendly, disciplined and professional. Such a perfect, pleasant stay in KL.

Hotel location is very good, walking distance to happening area. Also 7 mins walk to KL tower.

Location and Breakfast was good

We book 2 rooms for 3 nights, at the time of check in I requested them to provide rooms at high floor which were provided, it was also requested to provide rooms with nice views however both rooms had partial view and they were adjacent to a building blocking the views. 1 of the Room AC was not good at all, complaint was made 3 times, technician came and checked, however in all these attempts it wasn't fixed. Finally, I had to ask them on 3rd day midnight to change the room as we were unable to sleep, it was good that the person on duty provided another room.

Enjoyed our stay in Kuala Lumper, seen what we wanted to see. Was worth visiting.

The location was o.k for getting to see most of the sites. The breakfast covered most people’s taste. The meals we had there were value for money.

We were there for 6 days, as there were no chest of draws or shelves to put your clothes we lived out of our suitcases, there were a few coat hangers in the wardrobe, not enough to hang up what you wanted.

Solid hotel, poor internet

Nice room, ckeaned daily, comfortable, daily toiletries and fresh towels, as expected from a good hotel. Easy checkin, very kind staff. Good breakfast with many, many, option although I saw a lot of guests poking their noses into food plates and acting unhappy, very rude, indeed.

Wifi sucks most seriously! I booked 5 days here in order to be able to have nightly meetings with the US and had connection interrupted both in the room and in the reception area where I expected at least better Internet. Disappointed because several meetings were interrupted and one even adjourned because of my poor connection. The other thing is that the shower spills all-over the bathroom despite the separation. The drainage is really poor

Good selection at breakfast. Enjoyed the porridge and nasi lemak. Coffee was good. Eating by the pool was refreshing. Room even had iron and ironing board. Kudos. Water was hot and pressure was good, but rain shower, not so much.

Very comfortable stay at a competitive price

We liked the location of the hotel, convenient for sightseeing during the day and close to bars and restaurants in the evening. Initially our room was noisy (close to an outside air conditioning fan) but we were given another room on request. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

I wish there were more seats/loungers near the pool
