We used this hotel as our base for three separate stays in KL, and it was very convenient throughout. The location is great — only about 10 minutes on foot from Bukit Bintang. We stayed in three different rooms and all of them were comfortable, clean and tidied every day. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nicely varied, and the rooftop pool was a real plus, with a small shallow section that was handy for our young child. A reliable, comfortable choice we'd happily return to.
The rooftop pool could get a bit too cold. Breakfast was varied but slightly lacking on the sweet/pastry side. Also worth noting for families: the cot available is more suited to babies than to a 4-year-old, so an older toddler may not be catered for.

Personnel were very helpful.
Senior management attitude, they seemed to be more interested in following their SOP (as they put it) rather than helping guests in need. It was also disappointing to see the lovely staff being so terrified of the management action every time we asked for anything.
They refused to give us an extra pillow or towel. Even the water bottles were counted, it felt like we are in a quarantine hotel, rather than a so called 4 star hotel. Overall, it was a strange place, nice building, lovely staff but with such a rigid management attitude. We also found a price list for things like the kettle, iron, ironing board and many other things, makes you wonder what sort of people stay at this place.
The hotel was also hopeless in responding to any of our questions or requests leading to our booking. Looks like nobody monitors any email sent to them from booking.com.
I don't think we will be back there in a hurry.
