Location and rooms.
Indifferent reception staff. Though we asked for early check in for two out of three rooms two days before checkin , they never cared. And showed us the 9th floor toilet to take shower near the pool and test there. With lot of repeated requests they gave one room half hour before regular checkin

Location and the size of the room.
Staff were nice and accommodated the late checkout request.
bed sheet, cover and towels were all yellowish!!!
