The rooms were good, the shower was nice, the breakfast was good.
On top floor no air-conditioning in the corridor really put me off and made me wonder what kind of a 5 star hotel is this. (Picture attached)
The shower cabin door had a gap that flooded the bathroom everytime upon showering.
The gym had a really bad odor.

I had to keep a big team with 12 rooms to this property, I wasn’t happy with the staffs behaviours in general. I found most of them uncooperative. However, I would give a big shout out to Hari and Hafiz from reception for handling the situation wonderfully and helping the team out.
Reception Gets pretty crowded at times, staffs should be more friendly towards the guest! It is us who pay.
