The apartment is in the perfect location, easy to access. For our family it was the perfect place to reset, very spacious and incredibly comfortable! Nice little furnishings and great kitchen with washing machine. Best beds we have had in the UK so far! Very clean and tidy apartment.
We ran out of hot water both nights. The first night we thought it might have been from using the washing machine (the only option was a hot cycle), but the same happened the second night even though we were diligent with the water. The staff were very responsive when I messaged, trying to assist us even quite late at night which was very kind.
Some soap in the bathroom would’ve been nice.
