The hot tub was the main feature with this property. It felt very private. Internally it was extremely well designed and comfortable. Externally, having the river running past made this fabulous! Great choice for a couple’s romantic get away. Would have loved to have the chance to use the fire, but it simply wasn’t cold enough!
As with many comments in the guest book, an info guide would have really helped! In particular, trying to work out how to use the induction job was quite stressful and undid all the relaxing from the hot tub the night before!
There was no washing up liquid, or in fact any cleaning products!
Finally, while the bathroom was very nice, the ceiling was never properly painted and a few other parts could do with a repaint!!

It’s was brilliant! Every thing was perfect! Just 2 little things that would have made it even better!
The garden isn’t totally dog secure, there is a gap in the glass panels that our dog kept trying to get through to get down to the river. If we knew the garden wasn’t secure we would have bought a long lead, it just meant we couldn’t both enjoy the Hot tub without one of us jumping out to grab the dog. We were there for 5 days, more than 1 toilet roll would have been smashing. Just little things, it was all amazing otherwise!

Hot tub was nice, owner was friendly and dropped off firewood for us. Location next to river was good, plenty of utensils in the kitchen.
Property needed a good amount of TLC. Weeds very overgrown at the front totally covering the patio, broken blinds, paint missing inside and generally a poor finish to things. This is not a dog friendly stay, as there is about 2 metres of unfenced area, leading to a very steep drop into the very quick moving river. We had to collect all the garden furniture and stack it here to make sure there were no accidents.
Next door to a rugby club or a park, so very noisy with the matches on and people walking past.
