This is a beautiful lodge that is fully equipped with all mod cons, very conveniently located and has everything you need for a little break.
Communication beforehand was excellent, and full instructions are provided for everything you need whilst there, with QR codes dotted around to conveniently access the instructions.
It was immaculately clean throughout too.
I felt £20 per hour for late check-out was excessive, especially when check-out time felt early at 10.00am, the internet wasn’t working, the sauna came at an extra cost of £30 which again I felt excessive, and because oddly there was a fire pit available to us but I was informed I couldn’t use it and wasn’t provided with a reason why at the time (later informed an insurance issue). The fire pit appeared in very usable condition, and I followed an earlier message telling me where to purchase firewood only to be told when I’d made my way back to the lodge after purchasing the firewood that I wasn’t to use the fire pit. All rather strange and sadly took a bit of a shine off.

Everything, well equipped, lovely setting in the trees and by the stream. Comfy bed, everything we needed for a chilled weekend away.
Would have been useful to have a shelf in the bathroom to put stuff on and maybe some hooks. Everything else was amazing

It was a decent size hot tub was perfect
The tv for the telly outside didn’t work and the extraction fan in bathroom doesn’t work and the lock on the bathroom doors broken
