Property was perfect. Fisher/boater's paradise. Host was very responsive to all our inquiries. Had our 37ft Scout boat with us and parked along both sides of the dock. Dont recommend parking a large boat during the turning tide. Current is very strong. We kept it tied up on the Vaca cut side until the water was calmer. During steadier waters the dock was so fun for fishing. The pool was cool and the AC worked great. Host had plenty of bath towels and beach towels to use. Complementary dish soap, hand soap, Shampoo and body wash was a nice touch. The ice maker was slow so we ran out of ice quickly with a large group wanting icy drinks. The trash removal situation, even with twice a week pickup, was not conducive for renters leaving/arriving on a Saturday. It requires planning ahead and knowing exactly when can removal takes place and even then you WILL have trash when you leave Sat. Beware of angry neighbor guarding the cans!For Wheelchair users, bring folding ramp to enter home due to small step. There are also steps to reach the dock.

The property was as described. We had a mom and calf manatee swim right up to the dock. We caught some fish off the dock. We had a day when the pool heater was not working the way it should and it was addressed very quickly. I would definitely recommend this house and will be going back.

Pool was perfect temperature. Host responded quickly and resolved garbage issue very timely.House was clean. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Fishing was good from the dock. Lobster, crab, shrimp, manatee, stingray, dolphins were some of what we saw/caught from the dock!

Excellent place to stay. Very convenience location, deep water, easy to access the Gulf or Atlantic. The kids had great time fishing from the dock.
