Adventurous week

Yes I thought The king river suites was really nice, very comfortable. Only if you're a smoker, you have to go off property in order to smoke. but it's close to a lot of shopping restaurants' fast food inexpensively. Cross the river, and have fun over here. It's nice.

They were in the process of refurbishing. And there was no phone but I get it if you want nice things it takes time and money. So they are doing a awesome job.

Skuffelse over man ikke får som lovet.

En udsigt over Colorado floden hvis man betalte ekstra 39 dollar.

Intet hvad vi havde betalt for fik vi. Man skal ikke regne med at få det der er lovet😂det første værelse vi fik havde ikke et køleskab. De kom op med et gammelt usselt et. Efter at have betalt ekstra 39 dollar fik vi det vi havde bestilt og betalt for og stadig får man ikke som lovet.

Front desk check in was good. Receptionist was nice and friendly. Staff was very nice.

Propert location and views are very good however property needs touch up at parking lot and in room amenities lacking such as no TV no phone in the room.

The room wasn't prepared The TV wasn't even hooked up no washcloths I asked for a handicapped restroom an didn't get it no trash can or bags nothing to even get ice I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone

The bad with the good

Well I did like the woman Kimberly in the office . She went above and beyond for me and my friend. Cuz we got locked out of our room for 2 hours from 11pm to 1am and we had a 11year old child with us.

Well I didn't like that I reserved a room from July 14th to the 16th and we were rudely woken up after one nite there by the maid and we didn't have a don't disturb sign and when she woke us up by trying to go inside our room after we had said to her when she knocked on our door at 8am . Before she tried to open the door we had said we didn't want maid service. Then she continued to knock on our door 2 more times then tried to come in our room. After the chain lock stooped her we had tried to go back to sleep but couldn't. So I got dressed and went to go to the office and the maid stopped me and said we had to vacate the room . I told her no we have another nite she argued with me and said we had to leave. So I continued on to the front office and the girl at the front desk ,the one that checked me in the day before said I had to pay 45 dollars for another nite . I had told her that no one brought me the paper work she said she would being me cuz her being so busy. And she said well if u can't prove u paid for the room I ur gonna have to leave or pay . I was pissed and I said OK. She put the room number we were in on the computer and there it was it showed I was there until the 16th and I had paid . Then she acted surprised when she saw I was right . But what made me think she was trying to get over on me was she grabbed my paper work she said she would bring to me out of the trash. Then later I got locked out cuz for some reason my key was deactivated. And I was lucky to run into another woman that worked there on her way home. And she got ahold of Kimberly and she was awesome and went there and helped us get back into our room.

Everything bad

I travel a lot but this place is the most horrible I've seen in my entire life I didn't like it at all

I reserved a room with two beds and when I arrived they gave me one bed. I returned to complain about this, they gave me one with two beds but it had a smell that I couldn't breathe. I returned and the owner or manager treated me very badly and behaved in a racist and He didn't give me another room, he just ran me out of the hotel. I had never had such a bad experience. I would never return to this place. Never come here.

Will not be back under the condition with new management.

We had the apartment right above the office. It was nice. It was a much better room than the average rooms Had a comfortable couch. Beds were very comfortable.

I came with my service dog. I was not allowed to go to the pool, because dogs were not allowed. But I couldn't leave her in the room cause then she was a pet. When I stayed there last time you could at least smoke outside the room. We always take our own ash tray to put our buts in however, this time you had to leave the property to smoke. We were not the only ones leaving the property. It seems it has recently changed hands also. Will not stay there again. It wasn't the first time I have stayed there either.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

The ONLY thing we liked was the location of this motel .

We checked in and ended up leaving 5 minutes after we entered the room. The topper was sitting on the bed and it was a literal spring. There was drug activity, the staff was horrible. The manager was rude and zero customer service. It was a horrible experience!

Would never recommend to other

The room was very clean

The attitude that the office help had with the guests checking in. The woman was flat out rude to a guest to be, and not helpful. The guest left really mad and I doubt she came back. The hotel employee was arguing with her about her reservation and the potential guest was really mad when she left

Passable

Location is great, in center of town. Pool had a nice view.

Floor was laminate, but were not clean. Toilet had water leak and ran off and on all the time. Front door was missing portions of the weather stripe, allowing heat and dirt in. Beds were like sleeping on a futon.

NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Checking out!

The owner was very rude to my wife and I, as well as everyone in the lobby. Telling us to stop arguing when we were just having normal conversation! She had no communication/ customer service skills what so ever. The only reason we ended up staying there was because our reservation was nonrefundable. Otherwise we would’ve took our business elsewhere. The rooms are horrible no shower curtains, no toilet paper holders microwave and refrigerator dirty no trash cans. No ice on the premises. Unless you wanted to pay six dollars per bag. Completely understaffed and run down. we will never stay here again and would advise anyone to reconsider. It’s really put a damper on our weekend as well as a birthday celebration. when we checked out after two night stay, the lady at the front desk had no idea how to refund my deposit of $100. I really hope I get that back, it seemed like everyone there was in training.

Lodge on the river

You allow dogs, which is so, so nice but there is little or no place for them to use the bathroom.

Some pretty rough looking tenants that look to be living there, not just visiting.

Pet Friendly is a plus

Pet friendly, location, price, friendly staff

Room was advertised with Queen bed and a sofa 🛋. There wasn't a sofa. Which made sleeping difficult since there was 3 of us. Other then that I have no complaints.

Great place

Show up and they didn't find my reservation. But where very helpful in getting us a room. I had to pay for it but the people working there are so helpful. We decided to stay one more night and it was peaceful and loved looking out at the river.
