El fet de tenir 2 habitacions tipus suite. Cuina ben equipada. Proximitat a 2 estacions de metro. La cafetera Nespresso i el fet de trobar ampolles amb aigua freda a la nevera. Comunicació molt fàcil i ràpida amb els propietaris.

The location is close to a couple of underground lines, quite few choices of restaurants and pubs. Grocery stores are around 8min walk away. Washing mashing works well. The beds are quite comfortable.
If you’re a light sleeper, you would be woken up by regular train rumbling noise past midnight (stayed for 7nights). Next door is holding a party early in the evening, and we can hear the general chit chat through the thin wall. The kitchen and dining area is quite cramp. Dish washer door is difficult to open. The second bedroom ensuite has a strong mould odour - I had to turn on the bathroom fan all day to reduce the smell.
