It’s very cute and great location but the pool area and service was subpar for the money they charge. We spent hours hanging there and the trash piles and towels kept piling up from other guests. And the server forgot our orders a few times. By the late afternoon it seemed like all of the bartenders friends showed up and forgot about the guests.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear a baby crying, my neighbor snoring all night long from the bathroom to the bedroom and I could hear their conversations next door. I might as well have been in the room with them.

Everything was so wonderful between the service and the adorable set up of the grounds! The only reason it is not 5/5 is the parking situation sucked. Very limited safe parking in the lot and the street was completely full leaving us to park pretty far away at night in a dust storm. It looks like they ar win the middle of expanding the lot so, fingers crossed! Everything g else was great!

One word- Amazing. Stayed here for one night, and didn't check in until about 7:30pm but boy do we wish we could've arrived earlier! They have bikes you can use, and plenty of parking too. Such an adorable large room with a separate seating area, comfortable bed and pillows! The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors the following day. Tried watching YouTube on the TV and it took forever and a day to load so we just turned it off and didn't try again. The pool area is open 24hrs and heated, although the jets in the hot tub did not work. Plenty of chairs and little cabanas, a bar at the pool which opens @11am. No breakfast or coffee on-site which was a bummer. Truly a beautiful hotel and friendly staff, I would love to stay here again.

This place has a fun and funky vibe! Very retro and so cool 😎. Bed was very comfortable. No street noise. Pool and hot tub open 24hrs. The Paloma would be a great place for group stays. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I had the most interactions with Sonja and she was very kind and helpful. The property is large, scenic and well maintained. Our second floor views were beautiful. Look forward to future stays. Thank you!

This is such an amazing place. Nestled in a quiet part of palm springs but not far from everything. The decor is stunning, the service is excellent and it was so comfortable. Perfect for a romantic little getaway. The restaurant here was also delicious and gorgeous. Thank you to the staff for such attentiveness. We will be back!

The room was clean, cheerful, very cute and spacious. The pool area was nice. I was only there for one night and wasn’t on the property much, but I did take a late night hot tub and was the only one there - very relaxing. The only issues were that my room was freezing when I checked in and I was unable to figure out how to turn off the fan. A phone call to the front desk wasn’t helpful so I had the staff person come to the room. He didn’t adequately fix it the first time so I had to get him back a second time. He also didn’t explain the key entry well enough because when I came back from dinner I was unable to get into my room. It turned out both keys were defective/depleted so I needed to get new ones made - it was very quick - and the night staff was able to explain the gaps the previous staff had missed. So it all turned out fine but it was definitely a rocky start.

Very cool resort with a bright, fresh and consistent, classic Palm Springs style. Ample amenities and good proximity to all that greater Palm Springs has to offer. All staff members were quite cordial and accommodating. I look forward to the next visit. This place is a gem! Do visit and exerience for yourselves.

Clean and stylish rooms, adorably chic and kitschy decor, pool is great, layout of individual cabins gives privacy. Overall really happy with our stay and will return! We were 2 adults, 1 six year old in Nov 2023.

Came in from out of town for Power Trip and stayed at the Paloma. Extremely clean rooms, extremely beautiful decor and an amazing pool, bar and hot tub. Located in q uiet neighborhood with a nearby target as well.

I really liked the decor and the room was very spacious. They had a mini bar with the biggest bottles I've seen in a mini bar and I don't drink, but it was very unique. I also liked the local brand snack options available. It's a very lovely property, would definitely go back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the decor of the room, pool and the buildings. The grounds were beautifully done. The bars drinks and food were amazingly yummy! I felt very comfortable and safe traveling solo. I'd definitely come stay again. Love the theme of my room!!!

Myself and a friend did a girls long weekend getaway and stayed at the Paloma- it is a beautiful resort and such a lovely stay. We were hoping for an adults only resort but this felt like it was even though we saw sone small children at the pool - it wasn’t disruptive because I swear this building has the strongest sound proofing- it was so quiet and spacious rooms. It has a fun Palm Springs esthetic and the grounds have beautiful landscaping w lovely grapefruit trees everywhere, that sweet pool is fun during the day and relaxing at night weather depending of course (it was 110 each day) so it was great that the pool is open 24hrs so we could take a dip late late night when it cooled off! The staff are so accommodating and kind - everyone remembers you and cheerfully greets you. Paul in the front office was great he made sure we had what we needed and is a big part of why we will return Couldn’t find the spa but the restaurant is adorable and has the best menu - one of the best meals we had on the trip! Also the bartenders make a life changing Paloma at this resort!!! Highly recommend

We have stayed here a couple of times. It is a hidden gem. it is spacious, clean, friendly, and comfortable. We stayed in the bungalow and the large 1 bedroom. Both were more than what we expected.The pool and workout room was very pleasant. One of the best parts was the kind service. Attentive and absolutely over and above. I really liked all the employees I met, but the general manager was just as attentive and kind.

This was a fun place to stay for one night and was very reasonable for what you get, except we paid the resort fees with no chance to use the resort since we checked in around 8 pm. The rooms had fun decor and were overall pretty clean except the ceiling fans were quite dirty. Parking was nearby and very easy. We stayed in the Joshua Tree style room and would try to stay in the Coachella room next time. Went into the restaturant and did not eat there because it was very dark without much style (some cool lighting could probably jazz it up) so we went downtown instead.

This was my first time at The Paloma and I loved it. Every staff person was amazing. I will be back to try another room upgrade. I truly loved my stay!!
