We have stayed several times at Cimarron. Weather was a little chilly so we needed to use the furnace. The controls were ineffective. We complained and a technician came to review. All he did was pound on the controller for about 30:minutes. The furnace was totally irradic not heating 90% of the time and actually heating when the power was turned off. We needed to wear sweatshirts and coats to watch TV. Furnace controls need to be totally replaced. Bring warm clothes!

#1. No hot water at all. Turned on 3 sinks and the bath tub. Nothing but cold water only. #2. One of the bathroom sinks was also leaking. Water all over the floor and under the sink. Property manager should be calling you.

I stayed in a studio which was spacious. I liked that the kitchenette was stocked with silverware and plates. I was able to make some foods in the microwave and not have to go out every meal. Laundry facility was nice, pool and hot tub were clean. I will stay again next year.

Location excellent and very nice apartment. The only issue I found, the garage can have two cars but people parking wrong, avoiding a second car.

Nice property and glad there was a garage for my motorbike. I found the patio door umlocked and though the power for the AC was on and set at 72 degrees it never came on. I woke up with the sweats around 3:30am and didn't get much sleep. Also, I could hear the folks packing up 8n the adjacent unit.

I love that it was more like a little studio apartment and not just your standard hotel room. I wasn’t there for a long time (less than 16 hours) but definitely a place I would be happy to spend 3-4 days at. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The main office is inside the gate so you need to call them to check in. But pretty nice place overall.

This place is like staying in a condo or apartment. You even have a garage for your vehicle. Staff is super friendly. Amenities are great. Free laundry room available. Very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend

We were a little concerned about staying here due to some reviews. Thank goodness we went anyway. Super from start to finish. The lobby staff is super. The room/apartment was spotless. The pool was fun and clean. Our car was safe. It would be a nice venue for a family with kids. Only 10 minutes to Downtown Palm Springs and 15 Minutes to Rancho Mirage. Thanks Everybody. Super nice staff! Offered us popcorn, donuts, pool towels, Oh yeah, did I mention the garage to park your car.

On the outside, the units look very nice and kept up. However, inside our unit it looked old and needed updating. A very strong odor hit us upon opening the door and throughout the night. There were also tips of nails/staples in a few areas in the carpet. We reserved two units. The other one appeared much better!!
