Interesting building and beautiful gardens.
Felt deserted and odd to have no face to face contact with staff, recreation area looked very untidy and unsafe with broken equipment and glass. Beds quite uncomfortable

Beautifully quiet. Excellent nights sleep.
Well positioned for town centre.
Brilliant parking.
Poor kitchen. Couldn’t figure out how to boil eggs.
Room 2 needs the toilet fixing securely: the basin hot tap needs to let more water out. The door needs its hinges tightened.

Good location for my needs, although very dated was clean
Access from the car park was difficult for me as I have limited mobility. The lighting inside was poor and had to rely on my mobile to find my way. No tea making facilities in the room or even a cup to get a drink from the bathroom, I could not open a window on what was a very hot day with no fan available.
Very dated furnishings , almost student digs
