New master bath, plus in a separate wing, updated guest 1950's bath. Open kitchen & 3 Seasons screened Porch + an ultra modern, & divine  “Addition”/Masterbdrm w/10' glass doors onto private balcony amidst tree serenity. Please note: NOT suitable for more than 5 adults +1 child under 12 yrs old. PERFECT for FAMILIES. NO PARTIES PERMITTED.
