The staff… who works at the front desk are incredible especially Donald, Christian, and one more guy I forgot his name! if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t be coming here :)

Bad coffee
Room wasn’t cleaned our first night and we were told we cleaned only every two days. That isn’t acceptable
BLow dryer was broken
Towels were cleaned but smelled odd
