Location was quite, nice views, living room was spacious and car park. Overall a great experience
No lights around the hot tub. There should be better lighting to the hot tub area. The oven did not work (unsure if anyone is aware of this). No bin bags or a sponge to do dishes etc. not a big deal but we wanted to leave the place tidy and clean and this was hard to do. If this things were in place, It would make the experience 9 or 10 out of 10!

Royal Arch Riverside Park is set in a beautiful location and an ideal base for surrounding attractions. The lodge was very clean and comfortable.
No hand soap provided in toilets and no Wi-Fi. As site is classed 5 star would have expected there to be a few little extras within the lodge but it did not spoil our holiday.

The location and the hot tub
There was no WiFi
There was no drinking water
The water was whitish

Hot tub.
Not enough cooking equipment, only 1 frying pan, one baking tray, no tongs etc.
Bedroom window leaking water when it rained.
Kitchen cupboard door handle fell off.
Kitchen tap sprays water everywhere when turned on.
Found a previous occupants tooth on kitchen shelf.
