The location was convenient. We weren’t in the house very much. Everything was nice but the shower in the bedroom had no pressure and didn’t get hot. we were able to get a hold of the owners when we needed to, since one of my granddaughters left something behind. finally VRBO should be more upfront about the additional charges.

We reserved this home for a family visit for a Chiefs game. The location is perfect - you can easily walk to the Plaza for shopping or dining or the museum. And, closer still there are great food stops including a Prime Sushi where we ate on New Year's Day. The bedrooms are upstairs allowing for visiting down if you have kids and send them off to sleep early. The coffee bar is great with every option you want. Extra blankets were available AND appreciated. And, unlike many VRBO locations, the host manages the linens at checkout. We'll definitely return....

It was a nice place to stay for our family to be together for the holidays and let us spend time with our family that lives in KC. Great location close to the plaza.

It was a great girls weekend. I would suggest to have curtains on the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy and to block it the street lights.

My family of 5 plus my parents all stayed in this property for Thanksgiving. It is in a great location, within 5 minutes walk to the Plaza for shopping, eating, and things to do. It's also a quick, 20 minute drive to all the things- Union Station/Science City, iFly, Lego World, Zoo, Sea Life, etc. The driveway is a little tight, but we fit 2 SUVs and 1 sedan in there easily. It is on a corner, but we had no problems pulling in and out given the timing of the light and the politeness of midwesterners. The house was clean, with the exception of some mold/mildew build up in the master bathroom, which we sprayed down for the hosts, as they were busy taking care of a broken window in the downstairs bathroom, which was fixed IMMEDIATELY, thanks to the host's great communication and prioritization. The laundry facilities are downstairs in the basement and everything is provided to you. The only 2 things I would change- 1. The coffee table. It is new and very large and many knees were banged into it trying to maneuver around it in the living room. 2. Curtains in the 2 bed bedroom. If you are used to city lights, it would not bother you, but my suburban family needed some blackout curtains in there. My sister brought some over and we put up, so it was really not a problem. But I would have appreciated heavier curtains in that bedroom as well as the hallway bathroom Overall, a great place to stay in KCMO. I will definitely seek out other properties with this owner again.

The house was very well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. We would definitely rent this property again. The front bedroom closest to the two busy roads does need room darkening curtains as the street lights illuminate the bedroom all night long. The bedroom right off of the stairs with an attached bathroom needs more light and there is a leak in the ceiling (maybe from the roof?). Once those three items are fixed I would give this property a 5 star rating.

This is a nice property in a central location. It is close to many of the downtown KC attractions, making it an easy home base for sight-seeing and enjoying all KC has to offer. Parking is a little cramped if you have more than two cars but otherwise very convenient. There was construction on the street, but it didn't cause a problem. The house was clean and well equipped. Pretty much exactly as advertised. It was a nice, comfortable place to stay and would definately stay again if I'm in the area.

Great location. Able to walk to the Plaza and enjoy shops and restaurants. Easy Uber ride to Power and Light District and other notable areas. Excited to see the trolley car extension will be within walking distance by 2025!
