The apartment and communication with the owner was really nice. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It is very well connected using railways (2 stations/15 mins from the city center). There is a washing machine which is really useful. There are good and not so expensive restaurants around, and also 24/7 groceries shop. I really enjoyed the way the interior felt, and it was pretty comfy.
This might be based on my personal thinking, and probably a lot of people wont even say they felt like this, but I would like to mention it..
Even if we did not have any bigger incidents, we noticed from the first minute, that the apartment is located inside a problematic neighborhood. People were looking scary. On the first day we got told in the restaurant that we should not leave any stuff in the apartment when leaving it, because it is a known thing that people break into homes and flats and steal stuff. From that moment we were a bit scared, but thankfully nothing happened. Police were circling non stop and we have seen a lot of ambulance cars going by. You can even read news about incidents happening there, and also can ask AI about the safety of the neighborhood..

Location was excellent, near the train station and shops
When we landed , we received a message from the landlord that we will be charged 20 euros for late check in, this was surprise as we had shared our time of arrival weeks ago and was never informed about this extra charge.
There was no Kettle, we messaged but there was no positive response.
The shower in the bathroom leaked
