The bathroom, after showering the bathroom would flood and there is usually no staff on site to assist. there was pests all over the appliances, the A/C leaked water and there was no remote to operate the ceiling fan.

Despite being a poor neighborhood, a dirty location, dirty building, streets, and a bit dangerous, it was on the way to the airport. Also look up "Dobo Madrid Moncayo, C. del Pico Moncayo, 1" on google maps.

One of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. The apartment (€659.56 for 3 nights) was not properly prepared for 4 guests. The first night there were towels for only 2 people and no bath mat. The apartment was dirty: thick dust on top of the wardrobe covered our luggage, the floor and toaster were dirty, and there were many ants both inside the apartment and in the hallway. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which never worked during our stay. We spent 3 nights in temperatures of around 30°C and days of 34°C. A technician visited but couldn't fix it. The ceiling fan was so weak it made almost no difference, and one portable fan was not an acceptable solution for 4 guests. The property advertised air conditioning but only offered a 20% discount after failing to fix it, which was completely disproportionate. The listing is also misleading for 4 guests. The second "bed" folds down from the wall and, when open, blocks the passage to the bathroom for the other guests. Had this been clearly shown, we would never have booked it. Communication was fast but ineffective. They repeatedly sent standard replies, refused to move us to another apartment, and closed the discussion while the problem remained unresolved. Everything was documented with photos, videos and WhatsApp messages shared with Booking.com. I would not stay here again.

Bed was really good

The bathroom was disappointing because the shower cabin had an improper slope, causing water to flow all over the bathroom floor very quickly whenever the shower was used.
