Excelente ubicación, a pasos de la Estacion Nueva Numancia del Metro, buses, supermercados, farmacias. Una joya en Madrid. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder tener una estadía placentera.

Aunque tiene abanicos, al menos 1 aire es necesario o abanicos de mejor calidad durante el verano. De igual manera no eso no le resta valor a que es un buen lugar para quedarse.

Totally recommend!

The whole booking process was really smooth, the host very kind and prompt with everything needed. The place was clean, the bed and couch very comfy, warm and nice. Location great too, close enough to the center without being too crowded/touristy. 10/10 would go again

Clean apartment in an amazing location outside the busy city center

The apartment was clean and had the important appliances for a short stay. We could make our breakfast and clean after us with the available dish washing supplies. One of us could also enter earlier thanks to Gabriel for being so helpful. The location was great with a supermarket and metro nearby.

The couch is not a sofa bed which we were counting on when renting a place for 3 adults. There were also just 2 chairs at the kitchen bar so one of us had to stand.
