Miejsce jest bardzo schludne, czyste, zadbane. Widać, że właściciele troszczą się o szczegóły. Przepyszne śniadania, bardzo duży wybór, świeże składniki, jajecznica na zamówienie - pięknie podana. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Łatwy i sprawny dostęp - kontakt z gospodarzami był bezproblemowy. Świetnie, że była możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu.
Niestety pierwszego wieczora okazało się, że nie działa kran w umywalce w naszym pokoju - zgłosiliśmy to. Okazało się, że był problem techniczny - coś z mechaniką urządzenia. Mechanik, który miał być w sobotę, niestety się nie pojawił - przez cały pobyt nie mieliśmy właściwie umywalki z wodą (była opcja korzystania z toalety w hallu, ale mniej wygodna jeśli chodzi o poranną toaletę). Później właściciele powiedzieli nam, że zmienią nam pokój, ale suma summarum do tego nie doszło, sprawa ucichła. Nie dostaliśmy wytłumaczenia czy jakiegoś rozwiązania sprawy - to było dość przykre, bo zapłaciliśmy za całość pełną kwotę.
Lokalizacja jest w samym centrum - co jest super - ale trzeba być przygotowanym, że bar tuż pod hotelem działa do 2 w nocy i nawet grubsze szyby w oknach nie wyciszają hałasu.

The hotel is in a small street in the old city, close to the Duomo square, and walking distance (15 minutes) to the train and bus stations.
I would have liked access to a washing machine and dryer.

Location in the middle of town easy to get all around Trento. Clean and lots of room . Breakfast buffet had local treats and fruit that was divine. Staff was helpful and welcoming!

Alles sehr neu, sauber und geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Gebäude ist mitten in der pulsierenden, wunderschönen und lebendigen Altstadt.
Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es ein B&B ist.
