The villa was very clean, the pool a good size but in need of some tlc as some of the tiles were missing. We arrived after 10pm on a Saturday so found it very hard to get water, bread, milk etc as all the supermarkets were closed and didn't open until Monday. Check in was straight forward when our transfer finally found the adress., but check out was a bit stressful as our lick up wasn't until 12pm and we had to vacate at 10am, but was able to leave our suitcases at the propety. Bars and restaurants 5min walk up a steep hill, or 10/15 mins walk on a much flatter path. Aldi supermarket straight across the road. A very enjoyable holiday. 4 generations from 83 to 2yrs.

This villa is absolutely fabulous! My husband and I and our four children, ages 12,10, 9 and 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is very spacious with 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a lovely pool. The grounds of the villa are immaculate with lots of different zones for dining...and playing 'hide and seek'. The beach is about a 30 minute walk away but there of lots of bars and restaurants near by, including Burger King and KFC, and a very handy ALDI just across the road. The only negative that I found was that the final cleaning charge and payment for electricity usage was not mentioned on the original booking through VRBO which cost us 265 Euro and also 500 Euro deposit has to be paid in cash on arrival, which had the owner not informed us about would have left us without cash to spend during our stay. This is only a minor point as we had a wonderful time and we would highly recommend this villa.

We booked this villa at short notice after our previous booking got cancelled. The booking was for our honeymoon with our 6 best friends joining us after a few days so wanted a spacious villa with good outdoor space. Geoffrey was very responsive to any messages or queries we sent. Sergio who greeted us was very good, we had a power cut and he came within 10 mins and sorted out. The outdoor space in the villa was excellent, and even for November we spent most days and early evenings outside. The BBQ was great. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms look quite new and are very bright. The living, dining, kitchen space is perfect for a large party. The area was quieter than we are used too we normally stay in Torrevieja. But we hired a car and had a couple of day trips. All in all a fantastic stay, with Geoffrey being a great host, thank you!

The property is exactly as described and well equipped for making your own meals. The pool and bar area is lovely and where we spent most of our days. Getting the keys was very straightforward with the person showing us around the villa and answering any questions we had The only thing I can think of that would have helped was an information pack of local amenities, attractions, restaurants etc. I can thoroughly recommend this villa and destination for a wonderful and relaxing holiday and I would not hesitate to make another booking.

We had a very enjoyable stay but were not met at the property as indicated when we booked. We’re informed at the last minute our meet and greet could not be managed so we arrived in the dark without any guidance for the villa although at our request some provisions were provided. Stayed around the following day for our rep to appear but didn’t come by until the following day. But the price was good value

We travelled as a group of 6 friends in September 2022. The villa was very clean and well appointed. The outside area and pool were lovely. The new Aldi across the road was a real bonus for shopping, and there were other facilities including a chemist and shops within a short walk. The beach and bars were a short taxi ride away, or a quick loop on the tourist train. Really lovely not to need a car. The only real "glitch" was that neither of our taxi drivers on the first night could find the villa, so some clearer directions would have been useful. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and are already planning a visit to one of the owner's other properties next summer!!!!

Spent 10 days here at the end of August and had a fantastic time. 9 of us ranging from 40’s to 6. Villa was clean on arrival and had everything you would expect. The bedrooms were spacious and there was a lovely huge balcony upstairs. My only niggle is there is this beautiful balcony with nothing on it. No table or chairs etc (it didn’t spoil the holiday and is really just an observation). the pool to this property was beautiful. We spent most of our holiday in it or sat around it. Everyone loved it. Plenty of sun loungers. The photos itself do not show how amazing the pool is. The pool bar is also a nice touch. The weather was very hot so you need the air con on inside. The electricity bill for the 10 days was 180€ which we was happy with. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay. One of which was actually finding the villa for drop off and pick up. Luckily Sergio was able to guide the driver to the villa on arrival and coming home we ended up giving the address of the Aldi opposite as the driver couldn’t find us (we booked our transfers with Beniconnect and they were very accommodating). Sergio and Geoffrey were always available to help if needed. Few tips. Aldi supermarket is opposite, use that as a guide for your driver. There are plenty of places to eat in the commercial centre or there is a lovely square round the back of the villa which has some decent bars and restaurants. Pack your mosquito spray (a few of us got a bitten a fair bit - again it’s expected especially when it was so hot and didn’t upset anyone that much and certainly not a negative on the villa). We used the road train a couple of times. Once for the beach and once for the Thursday market. Would highly recommended this villa to anyone considering it.

Stunning villa for 8 adults, can’t fault anything about it at all. The location is great with an Aldi just a few minutes away and a 7 minute walk to the commercial centre where there are plenty restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. The jewel in the crown of this villa has to be the gorgeous pool with lots of lovely seating areas and plenty sun loungers. It even has its own pool bar with stereo to provide the music. Communication with Geoffrey and Sergio was easy and quick and our whole stay was very relaxed with excellent air conditioning units too! We would highly recommend this villa and are already planning our return visit!

The property was as advertised.The pool magnificent.Even a new Aldi opened across the road just before our stay.The weather averaged 35. The property had shade and in our group age range of 26 to 73 all was appreciated. The only downsides were the mosquitos which were in abundance due to the hot weather and travellers should take measures to reduce their potency. Taxis in the evening/night were dlfficult to find and although the bars/restaurants are only 15 minutes away if your party had persons with walking problems this did make life difficult.All in all this beautiful villa is to be recomended.

Villa is lovely. Was surprised to see no pool toys (inflatables) or any games/toys. No change of sheets during the week but plenty towels for us all. Short walk to pubs/restaurants. Enjoyable stay overall

Séjour compliquer même si la villa en soit est très bien -L adresse indiquer ne vous amène pas tout de suite à la villa nous avons mis une demie heure à trouver et du passer des coups de files -A l arrivé La femme de ménage Qui nous accueillis parle juste un anglais médiocre . -Les frais en plus de ménages nous avais été communiquer mais pas les frais d’électricité en plus de la location et je peux vous dire qu’à 35 degrés les climes tourner ! -pour couronner le tout nous avons convenus en plus du séjour d une semaine 3 jours en plus payer en liquide et quand ont demande une facture globale ou même juste pour la semaine régler sur le site la proprio ne nous répond plus . Ont a dû relancer Abritel .

Just arrived home from a 10 night stay. Villa was lovely with plenty of room for us all (6 adults 3 teenagers). Sergio was there to greet us on arrival with the keys and explain what was what and was very friendly. Villa 5 minute walk from bars and restaurants. Had a great holiday and would definitely return.

Location good, 10mins in taxi from the airport. We booked with Benniconnect to get a 12 seater mini bus return taxi. It is walkable from villa to a number of areas with restaurants and shops. Tourist train/bus stop practically over the road. Kids and grown ups loved the train ride to the beach and market. Market is on a Thursday and is not to be missed for fresh fruit, veg & cured meats! Also lots of bags and jewelry etc.We took a taxi to Santa Pola marina, approx 10mins. €12 per taxi. Here we got a water taxi to the island of Tabarca. Would highly recommend for a day out. Also the marina has some lovely bars & restaurants, very cheap! (Glass wine, beer and complementary tapas €2.80!!)Villa has everything could need. If was going to be VERY picky, for such a luxury villa, bedding could be better and have spare bedding . There were spare pillows, but no pillow cases? Communication with everyone was quick and efficient. When we arrived we noticed the kettle was leaking. I messaged Geoffrey and within an hour we had a new one dropped off! Perfect! Would highly recommend to everyone and wouldn't hesitate to book again.Thank you for such a lovely family holiday!! Wish we were still there!

The local road train runs hourly around the area via the beach and market on Thursdays . Overall a great place to stay.

Stort fint lyxigt hus med härlig stor pool och många solsängar. Gott om utrymme och bra utrustat med allt man behöver. Vi hyrde bilar men Lidl ligger inte långt bort, men skönt att ha bil om man ska handla tunga matkassar. Ligger en stor ”kinaaffär” andra sidan gatan där allt möjligt finns. Restauranger ligger gångavstånd och stranden som ligger närmast är fin. Väldigt smidigt att huset ligger så nära flygplatsen. Återkommer gärna.

We logeerden hier een weekend met 10 vriendinnen. Heerlijk huis met groot zwembad, dat wel veel chloor bevatte. Toen we aankwamen was het water troebel, maar dat werd binnen een dag opgelost. Vooral de bar bij het zwembad is heel relaxed, uitgerust met een koelkast, stromend water en electriciteit. Jammer alleen dat er geen 10 ligbedden waren. De foto's doen het huis eigenlijk geen eer aan want alles is mooier in het echt. Brandschoon en hele fijne badkamers met een goede douche, veel opbergruimte en het huis is niet gehorig. Bedden slapen heerlijk, al zijn ze wat smal. Muggenspray is wel aan te raden, erg veel agressieve exemplaren die ook overdag steken. Auto is handig om erbij te hebben als je naar Alicante wil, maar is niet noodzakelijk. Taxi kost 25 a 30 euro. Best groot winkelcentrum met diverse restaurantjes binnen 10 minuten lopen over een mooi voetpad. Al met al een aanrader!

Go to Rogers Bar - great breakfast, lovely cocktails and great staff. About 15 mins walk to Lidl and a main shopping area again with bars and restaurants. The beach is quite a distance (around 35 min walk) but there is a tourist train that picks up on the main road which takes you around the area and down to the beach. Contact with the property owner when booking was very efficient and he responds to queries very quickly. Be aware that shops do not open on Sundays which was the day of our arrival so we weren't able to buy supplies like tea, coffee and milk when we arrived and other than a bottle of water in the fridge there wasn't a Welcome Pack. We had to find our bearings very quickly, as there wasn't any local info in the villa like leaflets of things to do and places to go and eat. Other than that, everything was brilliant. We stayed the first week of October so please be mindful it's midges season so if travelling around this time bring insect repellent!! My summary is the villa is lovely, the area was perfect for us, Geoffrey is a great villa owner and we would certainly have no hesitation in booking with him and booking this villa again.

Superb villa with outstanding facilities, quiet location with bars/restaurants only a 10minute walk away. Excellent correspondence from the owner throughout planning our stay.... would absolutely recommend it to family and friends. Already planning our next visit!!
