The apartment is centrally located, you have everything around (cafe, grocery, pizzerias...), the facilities are new and very beautiful. The is a laundry, very useful for long stays.

Clean, quiet, well-equipped. Nice host. I really liked how the rooms are conceptualized with Sicilian culture, so cute.
Had to be little bit careful to sit on and off the bed because of the frame. But it's minor.

The property is a bit farther from the city center but close to the train station, with several breakfast options (bars) around. The building was well maintained, self check-in easy and convenient, room was quiet, facing inner yard, and had a small balcony. Bathroom was shared but clean, wifi strong and good. Storage space very sufficient and efficient, power outlets sufficient, bed comfortable.
I did not get the garbage disposal system to be honest.i came to the apartment with full, smelly (separated) garbage bins in the kitchen, and timetable when each type of garbage should be taken out. I was staying for two nights and did not feel like disposing of other guests’ trash; but so many guests must have taken the same attitude before me that the stench was quite intense and could be felt in my room unless I left kitchen balcony door ajar to ventilate. That was the only negative point about the apartment I have but quite an intense one.
