The staff were incredibly hospitable. Loved everything there.

The meals were disappointing and not value for money.

The location was fine. We had one meal in the dining room and that was good.

When I went to get some breakfast both mornings of our stay - all the ordinary milk was gone and most of the cereal. This was disappointing as the hotel offered a kitchenette. We were in room 5 and regrettably it was pretty minimal for our $150 per night charge - the beds were comfortable but we had no chair to sit on, nothing to put clothes on and there was no adequate shelf directly beside the basin. I looked at some other rooms that had their doors open - during my stay - and most had a wardrobe, a chair and some bench space to put things on - and some had a lamp as well as the main light.. The main light in our room was nearly inadequate in relation to its illumination to actually read. It was a shame that you had no provision for people to sit in another space ie., a lounge. The other hotel in town has this provision.
