Rooms are a bit outdated and the AC was stopping randomly, but overall was ok

Clean, big, nice aircon during summer months. Amazing pool for adults & kids.
My 2 year old son was very ill with a terrible cough/flu on the last night of our holiday. My husband tried to go to the buffet and get something small for him to eat to take to room and they didn’t allow this, even though he explained it was for a sick 2 year old who we didn’t want in the dining area spreading germs. They just refused even taking a small portion . The little shop was closed at this point so couldn’t get anything- We were so disappointed by this. I understand rules, but surely you can bend them slightly to allow us to bring our sick child something to eat upstairs. He was also apart of the half board so was more than entitled. Please work on this!!!

The swimming pool and apartments are excellent for families and it was private and felt like it’s own little oasis away from the hustle and bustle but was not too far from the seafront excellent location for a peaceful and fun family holiday
English breakfast items were not hot enough like sausages and eggs and beans were cold once you put them on the plate

Apartment needed complete deep cleaning and spraying.
Myself and partner and other people we talked to had many mosquito bites.I believe from inside apt.not outside.
