Exceptional

Amazing staff, so kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the facilities were very nice. Great location, we were able to walk to food, drinks, and a beach.

pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

a lovely area on ischia, nice staff, clean and tidy, a decent breakfast and a good range of pools on site.

lovely to have the spa experience with the different pools. all staff were polite and helpful. the location was good and everything was clean and tidy.

a small niggle- a like to be eco friendly so would leave the do not disturb sign on my door as didn’t need new towels everyday or my bed making up however when I returned for trips out the maids had been in to change and tidy.

So enjoyable!

I loved the location in the beautiful town of Lacco Ameno. The pools were great, not crowded at all, and plenty of lounge chairs. The service at checking was wonderful and very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was a perfect 24hr stay on ischia. The hotel was extremely welcoming and accommodating.

The pool accommodations were exceptional. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and spa availabilty.

I loved the room, so beautiful and large. I felt like I was really relaxed and at home. The view was great overlooking the pools. The staff are very helpful with my limited Italian. The bathroom was very large by European standards. I loved opening the bathroom window and letting the air and sun in while getting ready. We had a little patio the sit and watch the sun rise and this truly beautiful island come alive. The people around town are very welcoming and get to know you. The termal baths are relaxing and the spa services are top notch. The weather was consistently good even though it looked like it was going to rain. I was able to lay out and enjoy the sun. I will definitely be back and stay for longer

Not this resort's problem, but the beds are typical Italian beds (harder than American beds). The third night my back got used to it and didn't hurt anymore.

The hotel is an oasis of comfort, the staff are exceptionally attentive and professional, nothing seems to be too much trouble. The facilities are very comfortable and the external pool complex and thermal gardens are absolutely wonderful and indoor pools Marina even when the weather is great it still easy to enjoy yourself. Dinners and breakfast in the hotel are wonderful and the bar and lunchtime offerings are available also.

Is a little bit of maintenance required in some buildings especially pool complex, but it is the end of the year so this will probably be done over the winter. The outside pools are also prone to gathering insects and plants etc. probably given the time of year and the little bit more attention to them and not just cleaning them once a day, but otherwise no complaints at all

Wonderful experience

It was our first experience here and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel La Reginella. The staff was super-nice and the place is wonderful. Highly reccomended

Really good, I will visit again.

Location and facilities - garden & pools and also the availability of sunbathing by the sea. Excellent food at lunch. Great staff.

The beds are small and not good. Dinner at the resataurant was a dissapointment, specially because we had a really good experience from lunch.

We loved the hotel and our stay in Ischia. The location was excellent.

Breakfast was excellent, the pools were delightful and service very friendly. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would book again.

Perhaps a ride from ferry. Cans were very expensive for short drive. Everything else was terrific.

The resort is fantastic! The rooms are lovely and clean, the Spa is amazing, the thermal park is so beautiful.The food is amazing! Great breakfast too. The staff incredibly helpful and always kind and friendly.

According to the choice of the rooms sometimes they can be small.

Quality hotel who's breakfast was extensive. Early season so staff were bedding into their personal roles so there was circumstances where we were asked several times the same question however , overall they were very good . Didn't eat there in the evening because set meals do not suit us .pools were excellent!

I have stayed here a couple of times, and would happily come back. Spacious rooms, huge breakfast selection, lovely terrace. We love the private pools, garden, and bar at the pool. Location is perfect in Lacco Ameno with many restaurants and shopping just outside the door.

Not having given the informations at the reception while there that they have shuttles that drive you to their different hotels!

Great location at the end of the corso with lots of bars and restaurants around. Highly recommend restaurant next door as well.
