Practical, clean rooms in convent location. 24/7 reception made the deal for us as we were arriving very late
Breakfast buffet was not tended to by staff. Very chaotic and unappealing food presentation. Disappointing

It was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of free parking, we booked a suite and there was plenty of space. We paid for half board so got the evening meal. This was a starter and a choice of 2 main courses, neither of which sounded great so we asked if we could use the voucher for discount off anything else off the menu, we got told we could have “burger”. This was actually ok but it came with sweet potato fries not regular fries, ok but not great. The girls on reception were lovely and explained things well. We got a couple of free drinks while we were playing games in the Casino.
We are not familiar with the modern gambling machines and the instructions were in Slovenian, we asked at a desk what to do and the response was quite abrupt. Breakfast could have been a lot better. There was quite a good choice but the bacon was almost raw, the pancakes rubbery, the juice watery. We had read before about being for charged for extras so we didn’t touch the bread that was brought. The waiter asked if we wanted a drink and we thought this was included in our voucher for our meal but we were charged on departure, but to be fair it was very cheap.

Breakfast was poor, if another guest ate all of an item it was not replenished. Coffee machines included sweetened milk substitute resulting in very poor coffee. Cleaning needs to be addressed, dust behind doors shows a lack of attention. Some staff were friendly but majority seemed to have low morale
