La sympathie du personnel réception qui parlait français

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain ! Quand on montait la température un vent glacial sortait de la clim! on était trempé à cause de la tempête et j'ai signalé à la réception qui m'a donné une couverture !!!

Barcelona!!! 😊 😊 Sicherheitsgefühl durch Präsenz der Polizei in der ganzen Stadt war beruhigend.

Keine schalldichten Fenster, der Verkehrslärm war immer zu hören. Das kostete Schlafqualität.

Great location, clean rooms, but limited vegan choices and gym fee

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, primarily due to its exceptional location. Situated near the sea, it offered the convenience of being within walking distance to various attractions, with easy access to both bus and metro services for further exploration. The breakfast option was delightful, providing a great start to the day. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and bedding was impeccable, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. The generously sized cosmetic set was a thoughtful touch, and the beautiful view from the window was truly the icing on the cake.

While there was much to appreciate about my stay, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the breakfast selection, although generally pleasing, notably lacked sufficient vegan options. As someone who values or requires such dietary considerations, this was a bit disappointing and an area where I see room for significant enhancement. Additionally, the extra charge for using the gym was a downside. In most hotels of this caliber, access to fitness facilities is commonly included in the stay, so this additional fee was unexpected and detracted from the overall value offered by the hotel.

Generate good place to stay

Good location and staff was friendly, really comfy bed with dar curtains in the room so we had excellent sleep. got parking onsite which cost 15euros a days which was reasonable for Barcelona I guess.

On the last day before we left hotel, we tried breakfast which was at 7:15 in the morning, literally then they opened. But unfortunately all food was cold already. Definitely space for improvement. Pastry was very tasty and was saviour of the day 👍

Superb

We had a really nice experience with the hotel. The room was spaceous enough, really clean and the stuff was really helfpul. The location was perfect, a 5 minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely come back.

Very good

I liked the cleanliness.

I felt the room rates were overpriced. Some of the staff (older man) was not too pleasant. The other staff were very kind and helpful.

Exceptional

Location was great, Poblenou is an amazing neighbourhood, Beach 5 mins. Metro 3mins Room was huge, clean and very comfortable with a great view from the window.

Excellent hotel near beach

Hotel was in a great location, close to beach & poblenou ramblas. It was very clean and staff were helpful.

Pleasant

-the view from the our 7th floor room -the size of the room -close to the subway station -pretty diverse breakfast

-one towel was stained -the razor blade from the set had been used (they changed it when we let them know) -my boyfriend got sick from something he ate at breakfast (maybe the vegetables)

From a 4* hotel I would expect some water in the room and a mini bar, but the fridge was empty. There was a vending machine but not on my floor. The breakfast was almost good enough but not refilled quickly and the area with the juice was dirty (idea: put a dish below each jar to not make everything wet...)

Very good

The room and breakfast staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to go to the beach daily.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation of the interior because you can see from the outside screwed door frames and door locks and this does not create a sense of security for a guest. Wi-Fi is poor and the reception staff is in need of a little improvement.

Frühstück, Room Service, some personal were very professional.

First room. My telephone was not working despite informing Personal 2 times, nobody came to repair it until Thursday when i complained again .2 best Receptionist. I communicated with controlled it , and couldn’t fix it and she took it with her to repair and it worked,

Avoid staying here!!

The young man on reception when we arrived was very friendly.

We booked for 5 nights but only stayed 2 nights. The bedsheets smelt of damp when we arrived. Water went all over the floor every time we had a shower, was coming through the shower door. Asked for an iron. It was leaking and did not work. They gave another iron and this was visibly broken and also leaking. Sonia advised me that they needed to buy new ones and they didn't have any others. We ended up buying an iron for 50Euros. Sonia told me it was not there responsibility to give irons, I explained but if they do they should give ones in working order and not leaking or a danger to people. On the second night our rooms air con started leaking and then dripping onto the fuse box. We asked to change rooms and the room was not a double bed and was smaller, also the bathroom was not cleaned properly and there were toiletries left from a previous person I assume. The front desk manager Ruben said he could not guarantee that we would get our original room back so that night we booked another hotel for the remainder of our stay as we just wanted to get out of this hotel. When we went to check out I explained the issues to Sonia and she didn't seem to care nor did she apologise for any of the issues. She said she didn't see what the problem was after I explained all these issues. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me he wasn't there. In summary.....I would avoid staying here!! It made us miserable the first two days of our holiday but now we are staying elsewhere we are much happier and loving Barcelona!!

Close to the beach and near Poblenou. Quiet rooms. Big enough.

Bathroom had a broken window with water between the glass sheets. Looked a bit dirty. The airco didn't work fast enough. No toilet brush near the toilet.
