The rooms were well maintained and stylish. the staff were incredible and the food was outstanding. there are plenty of activities to do and the free back and shoulder massage the day after you arrive is excellent. The White Party and the Cocktail Cruise were so much fun. The gym is great and open 24 hours.

I had to go home

The location is set over two islands with different accommodation available. We stayed on the platinum island - loved the feeling of a smaller resort as felt the larger island was crowded as there were a lot of people sharing the facilities there. Food was really good quality a different choice every day and always something for you to choose. I made use of the spa which was excellent - treatments were great and the therapists were really good. All the staff are friendly and give you exceptional care and attention when dining and serving you.

A small niggle was when booking - the seaplane transfer was not included so we had to pay £900 for this ( we knew at the time of booking). It was later offered on future bookings but because we had booked earlier the hotel wouldn’t include it. To be fair it was my fault I should have cancelled my booking and rebooked to include it but felt it was petty of the hotel to not include it when I enquired as I saw the advertisement but it was too late to cancel at this late point. There is also a lot of erosion around the hotel and they are trying to protect the island with a sandbag system which looks really unsightly. Views are interrupted with sand bags. I’m not sure how the island will resolve this, clearly it’s a concern, understandably. The problem seems worse on the smaller platinum island but be prepared for this, as it is a lot of money to pay to look at sandbags. We had an idyllic 12 nights just listening to chilled music in the bar in an evening and for some reason on the 13th night there was a singer and the last night a DJ playing super loud music - in my opinion it just wasn’t needed but that’s me. Platinum all inc - you can increase your level of all inclusive for 90$ each per day. This allows access to different drinks/cocktails and coffee/hot drinks. For us it wasn’t worth the increase as we spent less just getting what we wanted when we wanted it but if you like different drinks and if also includes a free meal and activity/trip it may work out better value for money but again be prepared to pay extra for this.

Beautiful resort with excellent facilities and incredibly friendly staff. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety every day and clear allergen labelling on every dish, which was invaluable for someone with food allergies. I also loved the wide range of vegan and plant-based options, including soya milk, almond milk and vegan butter. The chefs were always happy to discuss dietary requirements, and the restaurant service was exceptional. The island was spotless, and the dive centre team made my stay even more memorable.

Housekeeping could be improved. The cleaning often felt superficial and lacked the attention to detail expected from a luxury resort. Bed linen was not changed daily, and when I requested fresh sheets, it felt as though it was an inconvenience. I also experienced an issue with communication at the dive centre, where an important message I left by phone was not passed on, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Better internal communication and a more thorough housekeeping service would make the experience even better.

The villa itself was ok. The food. Even though was not amazing, there was always options for everyone.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, it missed the mark on several levels. Firstly, cleanliness left much to be desired. The “white” towels were anything but — old, worn out, and greyish. Not something you’d expect from a hotel that claims to offer quality service. The overall vibe of the resort was dull and uninspiring. There was no character or atmosphere to speak of. For the price paid, I expected more than a basic, boring setup with zero attention to detail. Staff interactions felt transactional at best. There was a noticeable lack of care or effort — from housekeeping to front desk, it seemed like no one was truly paying attention. What made it worse was the constant upselling — every day brought a new pitch to upgrade or add something. It was intrusive and frankly, tiring. And let’s talk about the so-called “all-inclusive” package. A mojito? Not included. A cappuccino? Also not included. What exactly was included then? It felt like a misleading gimmick rather than an actual perk. One crucial detail that the hotel fails to mention clearly: the water surrounding the island is extremely shallow, with no proper snorkeling spots. For those expecting the classic turquoise reef experience, you’ll be disappointed. This should absolutely be disclosed in the hotel description. Overall, I wouldn’t return or recommend it. This hotel offers poor value for money and falls short on basic hospitality standards.
