Location. Private space for 3rd person. Breakfast very good. Lots of choices. Everyone friendly
Lights in room were unplugged and difficult to see and determine that out when we arrived very late.

Located in center of famously historic street, coronation route in 1200s, this building from the 1500s. Fantastic architecture , history, cafes, restaurants, gift shops with local artisan crafts everywhere. Breakfasts were outstanding. Rooms were very clean. Close to tram line.
As it is so old we had to deal with steep steps to the loft in our 2 story apartment/room. Euro style deep tub, not a stand up shower. Incredible street location is a steep walk up.

Amazing location, room was spacious, had so much character and was spotlessly clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, good breakfast was a bonus :). Would definitely stay again and recommend
This is very minor but the room had only a bath with a shower attachment that you had to hold up so a bit tricky for hair-washing. Again very minor but also would have appreciated a bedside table on both sides of the bed.

Location was excellent. A mid iron to the castle. The room was gigantic. More like a suite. Bed was excellent as well. Shower however was only a hand held and that was disappointing.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, phenomenal location, spacious room, and easy access to tram.
