Staff were amazing, Thiago was very helpful.
For our needs, location was good with parking lot close by
Room was good, just a bit smaller than I expected but we managed
It is very very noisy outside in the street until very early in the morning so, be prepared if you are a light sleeper.

The location was perfect to walk everywhere we wanted. The metro was a quick walk to catch trains for day trips and commuting to and from the airport. Our room had a gorgeous view of the castle lit up at night. 24 reception was very helpful with late night questions.
There are shady people who hang out at the local square but we walked past it many times without issue. It's perfectly safe even as a woman. I think this affects the reviews but it didn't bother us.

Yes I trvelled to Lisbon to run the half marathon and had used booking.com to find a place to stay initially .. when I arrived at this venue I was most disappointed by its location cleanliness and facilities . I had seen your hotel earlier and thought it looked very nice .
So I returned to yours and asked for a room at the last minute
I was dealt with by a lovely female assistant I think her name was aura or something similar she was extremely polite and helpful and she found me a room . I had a fabulaous room and ordered room service to which the waiter was very helpful and polite .
The spag boll was off the chart it was so tasty
I had a lovely breakfast this morning and alllowed to leave my stuff to run the marathon
I returned and was also allowed to shower which I am most grateful
All in all 10/10 and thank you

they were cordial and helpful. we stayed there last minute.
the room was smelling like cigarettes and my allergies went to the roof. also the drain in the bathroom wasn’t working so a shower was like flooding it all.
