Loved the location, so easy to find and get there. Loved the cosy room, wee coffee sachets and brunch bar. Good soft bedding. Great to find a good fan in the room!
Shower would go cold. I could not fasten the head as high as I desired. I did not have time to faff around and work out why it was going cold but it was quite an inconvenience.

I had a brilliant stay here! The check-in and check-out instructions were detailed and super easy to follow. The room, toilet, and shower were spotless, and the host was incredibly kind, responsive, flexible, and accommodating throughout my stay.
The location was perfect for visiting Wembley Stadium, set in a quiet neighborhood right near bus stops with respectful, quiet flatmates. The room is well-equipped with a TV, fridge, microwave, and percolator, along with fast Wi-Fi and lovely welcome touches like complimentary water and chocolates.
Even without a desk fan, the room stayed pleasantly cool with the window open. There’s even hand sanitizer in the entrance area.
Everything was comfortable and well thought out—I’d gladly stay here again!

I liked that they fixed the two matters I brought to their attention in a speedy and professional manner. It does what it says on the tin: provides a clean and safe environment where one can sleep.
There were not things I disliked deeply, but one needs a separate sink to wash one's cup. Not sure that is worth the owner's investment. For me, I just needed to sleep, feel safe, and have a place to clean my teeth and shower. It is noisy, but that is the price one pays to be in a vibrant area, and I enjoyed what I saw of Willesden as I walked to the tube and the jubilee line - straight to the centre of London in less than 20 minutes. And the locals were 10 times better than Google at getting me on the right bus!
