Easy check-in, room was decent size, warm. clean sheets and towels.
Bathroom not en-suite, kitchen was dirty, kettle provided in the room had an EU plug, unable to lock bedroom door upon departure.

The house is very stylish and pretty, which I like very much.
There are many useful facilities, like wash machines, hair dryers, cutleries, kitchenwares etc everything you would need (except umbrella).
Wifi is quite stable, at least during my stay.
The location is actually not ideal, because it's a bit far from the tube. It will take 15-20 minutes to reach the tube, local restaurants and supermarket.
Although the house is well decorated and furnished, it's still a bit old. I stayed in the 1st floor. In fact, I can hear the voice people talking from the kitchen in the ground floor. And when the people upstairs walked, I can hear it too, especially the sound of the wooden floor when people step on it.
The quality of your stay also depends on who share the house. My observation is that some people stay relatively long (maybe they are students who just stay for a while until the semester begins or they got a dorm) who would cook however the kitchen was not left clean. This is not the fault of the cleaning staff in my observation.
I would say, for the price I paid this is still a very good option. I was thinking about my next visit to this area (due to some events in the area) but when I checked their website for booking the price is extremely higher than this time. In that case I would not book because it won't deserve that much.

Annulé par l établissement la veille à 23h30 pour inondation via l app alors que nous partions à 6h du matin! ce qui ne nous a pas laissė de latitude pour trouver quelque chose dans un Londres sold out, à un prix raisonnable et accessible… en plus du stress :( les hôtels se prennent toutes sortes de compensations mais les voyageurs sont toujours négligés et pris en otage, sans compensation, ni geste commercial. Que de mauvais souvenirs…
