Staff were very helpful (booking tuk tuks and transfers). Rooms were comfortable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options.
The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes slow. Other than that, everything was satisfactory and enjoyable.

Water was really hot. Mesh on top of the bed was helpful. Also there were no other guests at the hotel, it was quite.
Hotel was not expecting for us to arrive and didn’t want to let us in until so we had to negotiate with them for a long time for having a booking via website. Even we were the only guests at all hotel it seems that people just don’t need any clients. There was a lot of mosquitoes inside of the room, I asked hostess twice for having an electric fumigator, she said that she will give it to us but she never back. The room was not ready, so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Bathroom was dirty, both bath and sink had a dirt film, with sand, oil and black hairs on the floor, like it was cleaned maybe once per month. I couldn’t even use bath for not getting some disease. So as a pool that haven’t been cleaned for many weeks.
Just after 2 hours I tried to find hostess, or any other worker , but hotel was completely empty.
Breakfast was horrible, besides a juice food was clearly not smelling well and cold like it was just some residues from previous days, so paying extra for a food has no reason.
