The master has a Queen, the guest bedroom has a Queen, sleeper sofa has a full bed in the living room. The unit comes with new furnishings and reliable WiFi. Includes access to tennis courts, pool, and includes usage of 2 BIKES (beach cruisers). The Space 1. Ground floor unit (no stairs) 2. Includes bike usage 3. Pool access 4. Tennis courts 5. Walking distance to fun places 6. Gated Community 7. Pet Free Environment (no animal hair anywhere) Guest access - guests have access to the entire condo as well as pool, tennis courts, playground, and workout room on property. PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE). NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day. We really like having a condo to relax and be able to cook in, and just have some space. We did notice a few ants around, but we are at the beach!! The condo was convenient, clean and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay, loved having bicycles to use. Condo very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Wish there was more comfortable furniture in the living room with more seating since there were 4 of us staying there.

This was an awesome place to stay. We had an amazing time. The bikes were included which was the icing on the cake for us. We went bike riding as a family and it was awesome. The property was very clean and well stocked with items you would need for a week long vacation trip. I give the owner a 5 star rating on communication. We enjoyed ourselves and God willing we will definitely book this property again.

Great location for the beach, only a few mins travel down the road. Comfy bed. Easy access for everything needed for a short stay. Very open communication with manager. Will stay again if given opportunity!

The room was great, the only thing that was bad was the internet . Every time we where watching the TV, the internet would go out in middle of the show.

My best friend and I stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. Communication was quick and accurate, location was perfect, and we got lots of use out of the FREE bicycles. Excellent stay - would recommend!

The only disappointment were the beds. Both were uncomfortable. The one in the main BR felt like it had springs sticking through so the second night we tried the other bed which was better but still not the best. The place was very clean and amenities were good.

My hubby and I have three littles under 7 and this space was perfect for us. Had enough for us to be comfortable, we were able to cook meals (only salt and pepper provided). It was clean. Close to everything we needed: md Donald's next door for bfast, Starbucks for coffee, Winn-Dixie for groceries and the beach is literally 5 min away. Neighbors were friendly and if u are a tall person there were bicycles available for nice stroll and the kids loved the pool despite it being chilly while we were there. Great experience! Easy to contact with questions. Binder with recommendations for food. We would come back!

Tried to come up with a snappier title and this about says it. It's an older property where every step, door open/shut, or conversation from your neighbors and within the condo is amplified. The place was well cleaned but only so much that can be done with an older space. That said, the drawers were not checked during the clean as someone's hairbrush and wipes were left behind. There were no sheets or pillowcases (That we could find) for the pullout couch, only blankets. It was also the worst mattress I've ever laid on. Thankfully, the 7-year-old was more amazed at the hidden couch-mattress and didn't mind all of the springs. I expected the location to be more 'bikable' than it was; we wound up driving everywhere. The host was very communicative and responsive (couldn't get into the gate upon arrival). The overall arrival is just complicated as well. Granted, ample instructions were provided but combing through pages of notes to get a correct address, gate code, door code, etc. was a lot. So, in summation, great host and okay location. Would not stay again but it was definitely not a bad spot, just not for us.

Property was exactly as described and is in a super convenient location on the island. Community is gated and secure and the option to check in early and check out late was awesome and greatly appreciated. Communication with the owner was great and the stay was perfect. Can't go wrong with this place, book with confidence.

We thoroughly enjoyed exploring St. Simons island. Condo is in perfect location. Having access to bikes was great. Easy ride to the pier. Great internet access. Quick responses to requests from manager. Would stay again.

Excellent condo for a family of five . The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean . Excellent communication with Dave . Great stay on SSI and we will be back . Loved the idea that we could get a late check out or if available early check in . We also loved the pool and tennis courts .Thank you.

The condo was very clean and appropriate for our family. The property manager was quick to deliver any supplies that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were bikes within the unit for us to use which was great fun to ride around the island with! The complex grounds were very quiet but you definitely hear every footstep or marble dropping in the unit above you. I would definitely find an upstairs unit to rent next time!
