Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).
Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.
Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.

We had to travel for family reasons on short notice. Very helpful since we had a very late night checkin. Property very clean.

We had a wonderful stay here! The description was accurate. Our favorite part was the pool/hot tub and other amenities. The hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature. Easy to access. Loved the recreation/relaxation area with pickleball/bags/bocce ball/large connect four/seating area with TV and gas fire table.
The bed was very firm and the kitchen and living room had everything a couple would want.
Walk-in closet was nice as well as other built in shelving/hangers.
While we were there, the office staff was very nice and helpful as well as after we left, when we left something in the room, when they answered.
A couple of minor things to note: When our plane was cancelled until the next day, we called the after hours number and they didn't seem to know to "transfer your call to the on-site maintenance to help assist" like the late check in email mentioned.
Also, half the time we were there the gate was wide open and half the time it was closed and required the opener that we were left.
When I called the office early on the morning that we checked out, before our plane took off, to leave a message to let them know that I had left something in the room....there was no way to leave a message on their answering machine.
Lastly, the automated message that you hear when you call the office mentions "free golf" at a course close by and that isn't true anymore.
All in all, I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Be aware that they have multiple units that the offer, so not all of them look like the pictures. They look to be in the process of upgrading the units, but the one we had still had carpeting rather than the wood floors in the picture and the furniture was a little more dated. The unit had everything we needed. We loved the grounds - pool and hot tub were nice. It backs up to a green belt which was nice as well. Would stay here again.

This was a well equipped, clean condo in a good location. The bed was not comfortable, so one person had to sleep cross-ways on the bed and one of us on the couch. We reported this too the office, but they did not have a solution. We ended up leaving a day early, because of this.
