Situated in Barcelona, this attractive condo for $1,341 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Amazing apartment recently refurbished by interior designer Joseph Danes. Few feet away from Rambla Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia in Eixample, the heart of Barcelona and noble neighborhood par excellence. Very well connected to the rest of the city, the best fashion boutiques and restaurants are all in the neighborhood. The apartment has been decorated respecting XIXth century urban architecture: high ceilings and restored typical tile floors. The apartment is 2690 square feet divided in sleeping quarters, living and dining room and kitchen. The rooms are four suites, each with their bathroom, and two queen size with external bathroom. In all, six independent rooms equipped with queen size beds (premium viscoelastic mattresses, 100% cotton bedding, geese feather comforters and 4 pillows for each bed: two made out of viscoelastic and two of geese feather). In case you would like to book the flat for more than 12 people you have at your disposal two extra individual beds (depending on the number of guests). Living room and bedrooms equipped with state of the art satellite TV. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and optic fiber, high speed, wireless internet connection. Every detail is cared for: Nespresso coffee maker, Hi-Fi system with iPhone dock, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, safe box, etc. Extra services of cleaning, cooking and driver are available through previous booking. Amazing property for a family group visit to Barcelona - close to everything, luxurious and comfortable, plenty of space to live, dine, and cook. Our family of 8 loved every moment of it and would return in a blink of an eye.

Really enjoyed this property- great because everyone in our family got their own bedrooms. (Also a great family room for doing Christmas presents!). We walked nearly everywhere- 20 min to Gothic Quarter, 10 min to Passeig de Gracia. About the only thing you need a taxi for is Sagrada Familia. Great property- looks even better in person than online.

We were thrilled with this gorgeous apartment in Barcelona. It met all of our expectations. Darney’s communication with us was always prompt. We. were a group of 5 couples, there was more than enough space.It was a perfect location for touring this beautiful city.

Wonderful trip to Barcelona with extended family (kids ages 1,2,10,13,19). Apartment was beautiful and well appointed! The central location was key and out the door was wonderful coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Overall, a delight, and we hope to return soon.

There were there was a family of 10 together and there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location is primo. Easy walking to everything. So many excellent restaurants nearby to choose. Our host Darney was the best.

We traveled to Barcelona as a family of 8 adults. The 6 bedroom/6 bath flat was ideal with 4 on-suite rooms, and 2 bathrooms accessed off the hall. The living and kitchen areas were separated, which was a little funky, but could be beneficial for some groups. However both were very large and adequately sized for group seating. Also, the wifi worked well, which can be hit and miss with larger living areas. The touristy area was a 20 minute walk, but there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also a bus stopped right near the apartment for easy transportation from La Rambla shopping area to the apartment. I highly recommend this vacation rental!!

What a wonderful apartment! Gorgeous decor and lots of space for all of the family. The host was brilliant and we will absolutely be coming back to the same apartment next time we are in Barcelona! Cannot fault the apartment at all.

Darney was amazing and so friendly and communicative. Property was gorgeous and wonderful location for food, bars, clubbing, sidewalk people watching, close to tourist attractions and easy walking everywhere. Highly highly recommend.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. We felt like we were in a mansion! We were a group of 11 and everyone was very comfortable with their own bedroom and bathroom (most shared as a couple). Very central location to attractions and the metro as well as handy grocery quick stop and sandwich/coffee shop right downstairs, and the whole apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed and more. The host was SO accommodating when we had to arrive late due to a flight delay. I just cannot say enough about how amazing this property was. I highly recommend to large groups traveling together!

An amazing stay in the heart of L’Eixample: Darney, the owner, was very responsive to our initial inquiries and questions. Upon our arrival to his lovely apartment, Darney was there to meet us and give us a grand tour. This home exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, and very elegant. 6 bedrooms (4 with private bathrooms) was ideal for our group. Beautifully decorated rooms, and a kitchen with modern appliances, made our stay quite comfy. The apartment is well designed and suited for many guests. The neighborhood is fantastic with many wonderful restaurants, bars, and markets close by. Only a short walk to Casa Batlló, Casa Milla, La Rambla., and many of the most beautiful sites in Barcelona. If you do not enjoy walking, there are many taxis or taxis/subways. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

We were six old friends who had our trip planned for April 2020. Plans were put on hold and now we got to come! The place was so comfortable for our group with everything you could ever need! Darney was there to greet us, help with luggage, show us around and surprise us with fruit and bubbly🥂. Location was great and we either walked, took cabs or used Cabify. I heartily recommend Eva Apartments!

Wow, this property is absolutely exquisite. It is exactly what you see on the listing! Spacious enough for all nine of us. A few of us shared while others had their own rooms. We loved the towel warmers. The aesthetic. Decor. I mean the details of this apartment are amazing. We loved the welcome champagne. The neighborhood was so convenient—literally restaurants, a pharmacy, bars, taxis everywhere! We felt like royals in this Vrbo! Also, Darney is awesome! From welcoming us to being responsive with any issues. Thanks for a great time, I want to come back!

Loved our charming apartment with more than ample space for 5 couples to share. Bedsides fabulous weather, we walked to almost everything, attractions, shopping and fabulous restaurants. Darney was helpful and explained everything very well. All 10 of us would highly recommend.

My family stayed here while visiting Barcelona for an entire week. There were 7 adults and 3 children and the apartment was perfect. It never felt crowded and everyone had their privacy. The decor was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Darney was great to work with and was quick to respond to my messages. I could not recommend this place enough if you are traveling with a large group!

The apartment is conveniently located in the very center of Barcelona. We could walk everywhere, and only took taxis a couple of times. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops within 5 min of the apartment. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space (even left one bedroom unoccupied). The apartment has a large dining room which was perfect for the group dinners, and a separate living room to relax after the day of sightseeing. The hosts were very responsive and addressed any questions we had immediately. I would highly recommend the apartment and would love to stay there when we come again to Barcelona
