Came here to watch a friend who was in a men’s senior baseball tournament. Nice little vacation for me, close to the waterfront, close to very nice upscale stores. What more could you ask clean and tidy

Ken, your place was a wonderful break from our daily lives. We enjoyed being close to literally everything. Anyone staying here be sure to try Ingo's, La Grande Orange, Vecina and Rehab Burger. Place was very convenient, close to pool and laundry. Quiet area with so much to do. We ran into a few little issues with the WiFi and Ken was very helpful and readily available. Thanks again for a great place to stay where we didn't feel like we had to break the bank! Very affordable. We will be back!!!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Ken's condo. The location is 2nd to none. Across the street from the best shopping in all of Arizona and walking distance to Old Town. The unit was nicely appointed and extremely quiet. Everyone was friendly and the pools were heated and a stones throw from our condo. In addition, Ken could not have been any nicer. When you add everything up staying at this unit was one of the best decisions we ever made!

It was our second stay at this property. We have gone down to Scottsdale the last two year to participate in the MSBL World Series Tournament. It was everything we needed. Centrally located, clean, safe and quiet. It is much more comfortable and roomier than staying in a hotel room for 10 days. We hope to return again next year for our third stay. Owners Ken and Carol have a great place and respond quickly to questions and needs. Highly recomened this Condo to others.

This was a combined visit to see my grandchild just turned one and to spend our annual "sister week" with my sister. The place was as represented in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Since we spent most of our time visiting we did not do any cooking. However the kitchen was well maintained and appeared to be well stocked.

Items in apartment were dirty and covered with white dog hair. Tub and bathroom seemed dirty too. Lots of extra supplies. Weird list of requests to clean, vacuum, do laundry, even though I was paying a cleaning fee. Then was charged for the towels everyone else complained about being bleached and ugly because my daughter had her red hair dye leech onto towels. And the maid had to scrub a spot on the tub and floor for two hours supposedly. Then was charged for the already staind towels and floor cleaning. It was not an amazing stay. Also he wants you to lie to people and say your a guest of his not a vrbo if anyone asks.

Great property. Very clean and super easy access to many fun activities. Well maintained condo in a mid century vibe complex. Stunning sunsets from the balcony! Bed was sooo comfy. Very much enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Thanks so much!

We had a great time in Scottsdale! Location of unit was central to all the places we wanted to visit. Property was clean and quiet. It was too cold to swim but the pool areas looked nice. We would definitely rent here again!

It was our first stay in Scottsdale and it made a great first impression on us. The condo is on the edge of Old Town Scottsdale and offer everything you might need and is a good size with a huge single bedroom. Four pools and lots of BBQ's to choose from in the complex as well as shopping that is in walking distance - just across the street. Our host Ken has bent over backwards to ensure our holiday happiness! Wayne & Carole

The condo was perfect for our stay of 9 days. Was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. the only down side was the pool was cold and the laundry facilities were a nightmare. Ended up at a nearby laundromat to redo 3 loads. Washers didn't spin out water and dryers won't dry.

I booked this based on being on a budget and didn’t fully appreciate the budget-ness once I was there. There are many signs around the unit on what guests are expected to do. One was to turn the AC off when leaving, which I get for saving on electric costs. That however resulted in the unit being 87 degrees with a musty smell when I arrived – not a welcome feeling. Another was “If you use it, please replace it." It was very obvious a prior guest had gotten the soap low and decided to “fill it back up” with water because it ran out like water and wasn’t very sudsy. As a guest with a high cleaning fee, basics should be provided at no expectation for guests to buy. There are amenities like a pool and laundry, but not actual directions on where it is (said “Bayview” which I had no idea what that meant?) I Google Earth'd to find the pool. There is a requirement as well to wash the towels/sheets – via community PAID laundry room – after charging a high cleaning fee. A prior guest had washed the bathroom towels in bleach so the aesthetic of using gray turned light pink/white towels all week was meh. Pros: Location, cost, good Wifi, big screen TV, having access to a kitchen, quiet neighborhood For a budget it’s great and I’d give it a 5/5 for budget-ness, but for me personally, I was wishing I had stayed at a hotel as having to pay to do laundry and worry about replacing things like soap isn't worth it while on a vacation.

Our stay was marvelous! The condo was clean, had a convenient layout with well stocked kitchen. The pool area was nice and close and had well manicured landscaping.. We met super nice people at the complex and site-seeing within walking distance to old town Scottsdale. We would rebook again when back in the area. Close to both Phx airports.

The location and the pools are great for this property. The condo was very affordable and had a low cleaning fee. I understand why! The condo is in desperate need of a deep clean! Their were crumbs all over the couch, and on the floors. Don’t look under the bed either! Yikes! And we had to make our bed up?! We didn’t have WiFi during our whole stay and the TV’s didn’t work as well. I messaged the owner who tried to get someone to come and fix it, but it all still never ended up working for our stay.

Perfect location and property! Right next to fashion square and very close to nearby hikes. Fits 2 people very well and was spacious. Pool was nice and area was always quiet. Kitchen was all that was needed and had good appliances. Great stay!

Very nice apartment. The pool is near enough to the unit. The location is great if you're visiting Old Town. Fashion Square is literally across the street. The host was responsive to questions. It was well worth the price paid. Thanks.
