High-end finishes and artistic details throughout include cherry hardwood floors, a 60" TV with Roku & surround sound, and carefully curated décor. Outdoors, enjoy a private yard and gardens, hammock swings, a tranquil goldfish pond, and a Weber grill.
The location couldn’t be easier: walk to all mid-island amenities, hop on the bus one block away, or bike the nearby Surfside path. Historic downtown and Nantucket’s beautiful beaches are just 1.5 miles away.

5 shining stars. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties in other places and this was the nicest one ever. Immaculate house, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious, yet cozy place that helped us truly relax. The owners anticipated all things to make us feel truly welcome, from comfortable places to sit inside and out, to pretty things to look at inside and out (the decor of the house, the lovely gardens which attracted beautiful birds). The location was great, easy to walk to a nearby Stop & Shop and some nice restaurants, and only a block away from the island's free shuttle bus which took us to downtown. We stayed here to mark a milestone wedding anniversary and I sure hope to return to what quickly felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay! The property was just what we were looking for: quiet, clean, and convenient to shops and the beach. We had our car, but the bike path and shuttle stop are literally a block away. The outdoor areas were lovely for reading and relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking meals. Lauren and Bobby were wonderful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The location of the Treehouse was the perfect distance from many restaurants, grocery, the beaches and walkable to town. The place itself was very clean and came with all the accommodations a couple would need for a week. Lauren was easy to get ahold of and stay in contact with while at the location. Will we definitely return when we come to Nantucket.
