Situated in Selva, this attractive house for $157 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. As a stylish and charming oasis with original, very high quality and artistic amenities, Casa Grande in a very quiet side street on the outskirts of the popular and traditional village of Selva at the foot of the Tramuntana. From clad with precious slates entrance area you reach the first and ground floor one bedroom with two single beds. In the hallway there is a bathroom with modern shower and the stairs in the rustic vaulted cellar with large dining table and adjoining laundry. The hallway leading from the upstairs stairway is open plan and without handrails. Furthermore the ground floor is the open plan living area with a German satellite TV and internet access to the dining area and a tasteful and fully equipped kitchen adjoins. From here you get to the covered terrace and into the courtyard, where a steinvertäfelter small pool area for refreshment and relaxation ensures on hot days. Upstairs are the other bedrooms, each with two beds and two bathrooms, one adjacent to the spacious fitted directly master bedroom and with bath. At this level, a more comfortable and furnished terrace with a stunning panoramic views is located in the island's interior. This view can be enjoyed also from a higher floor reading room with panoramic window in the attic. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning units (hot / cold). The use is optional and has to be paid separately. From the house you can reach in a few minutes walk to the main square of the village with a few bars and shops. The place is not only popular with hikers and cyclists who appreciate the proximity of the mountains. The convenient location of Selva is also quickly reached by car, the neighboring town of Inca with numerous restaurants, stores of all major supermarkets and major medical facilities. About the highway connecting Inca even the sea or the capital Palma in less than half an hour by car can be reached.

Magda was warm and welcoming. The property was spotlessly and set in a lovely quiet village with fabulous views of the mountains. Shops and restaurants only 15 minutes walk away and only 40 minutes drive away from the big towns of Palma and Porto cristo. Overall a fantastic property and an extremely relaxing stay had by all.

Was a lovely property - clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and beautiful furnishings. Loved the plunge pool and outside area. Good location for exploring Mallorca. Loved the fact it was walking distance to a great bar/restaurant El Forn and another cafe plus able to pick up supplies from supermarket in Selva or Inca. Managed to find parking spaces but streets narrow so a smaller car would have been advantageous. Property manager very helpful and prompt to reply. Definitely recommend.

The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. A lovely place to return to after a day out - thank you very much. We enjoyed the open living space and easy access to the terrace and plunge pool. We appreciated the cost of electricity but thought 20€ per day for air conditioning was rather expensive - however the house is on a hill and a with the windows open a cooling breeze floats though, so we didn’t miss the AC. A very nice house jn a nice location. We took several evening strolls around Selva, the views above the church are amazing, followed by a drink in the town square.

A perfect house with a lot of space. We were 6 people and there was plenty of room. it was very clean and nothing was missing. We would definitely recommend this house.

Had such a wonderful time in this fantastic villa. It’s absolutely huge! There is so much space. It was just my mum and I, but next time we visit, we’ll be sure to visit with more of the family to make the most of the awesome basement dining area! The villa is furnished really nicely, the kitchen has all mod cons and the patio / pool area catches the sun all day. It was super clean and check in was effortless. The views are gorgeous; we loved waking up to the sun rising over the distant mountains. The village of Selva is extremely beautiful, cute and quiet, with friendly locals. It’s a really easy journey to get onto the main highway of Mallorca, which can take you all over the island - we managed to go everywhere! What makes this villa is the lovely hosts. Magda and her daughter are attentive, kind and made us feel so welcome. There was a storm before we arrived which meant that one (just one) of the air con units didn’t work during our stay. Nobodies fault but nature! Despite this, Magda offered us a full refund for the air con whilst still being able to use the other units. Such a kind gesture, thank you! We were also left some delicious wine and olive oil and... ice! So pleased with our stay, we were gutted to leave. Thank you Magda and family.
