This place has the most amazing views and that was reason enough to rate it so well. Very conveniently located, even near a great hiking trailhead. We never lacked for places to gather and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind. The only thing I could complain about was the shared bedroom from what I thought was the master bedroom. Still worth it!

I have never been to Sedona and was in complete awe upon my arrival, this homes views are so exceptional that you really don't need to leave the house to make it a vacation.

The most fabulous serene outdoor area with rabbits and birds and soothing waterfalls. Beautifully decorated and clean house. This listing should state that the fourth bedroom and third full bath is in a guest house down the hill. This could be a benefit for many because it gives privacy to whomever stays in the guest area which was nicely equipped with a small kitchen as well. The Master bedroom shares a bathroom with sliding doors and no locks which leaves little privacy for those two bedrooms if that is important to you. The views, the beautiful home and property and location makes this a fabulous place to stay.

This home exceeded our expectations!
Upon arrival we were very impressed with the landscaping and overall design of both the home and casita, and I must mention the views!! Perfection!
The home is fully equipped with all you need; beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are clean and kitchen is updated.
We loved being able to hike the Broken Arrow trail right from the property, and appreciated the close proximity to shopping and restaurants.
Our family visits Sedona often and we highly recommend staying here and looking forward to coming back!

The house was clean, well stocked. Kitchen and plenty of room for our family of ten to spread out. There were 360 views from the house and we just couldn’t get enough of the outdoor space. Three fire pits, water fountains, comfortable seating, hot tub and views forever. We highly recommend this beautiful Sedona home!

The minute we drive up and saw the property we need we were going to have a wonderful time. The property was beautiful inside and out the view was amazing. Recommend highly.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had excellent views and landskaping, which made our time outdoors very enjoyable. The house was also very clean and set up perfectly. We both want to come back and rent this property again next time we are in Sedona.

This is a well maintained, very clean property right out of Sedona with fabulous views. Unfortunately, we were there for only two nights with a busy site seeing schedule, so we did not get to enjoy any of the outdoor spaces. We had a family of 6; 4 adults and two teens. We encountered one problem with a screen door on the guest house that was locked, so we could not access the keypad on the door. We we able to talk with the owner who said it was okay to cut the screen (it had been a problem in the past). Other than that, it was a great stay. I would only suggest that the property owner update the description of the home as it only had 3 bedrooms. There is a guest house down the driveway that includes the 4th bedroom. That could be a problem if you are traveling with young children.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property in Sedona. Very conveniently located in central Sedona with amazing hiking trails a short walk from the house. Property was gorgeous...so much to explore with lovely gardens, a small vineyard, and outdoor patios. We loved enjoying the view from the hot tub as well. Three bedrooms nin the main house, and two bedrooms in the coach house, all well appointed, modern, and very clean. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home in Sedona!

Both the interior and exterior of this amazing property are wonderfully designed. There’s a pleasant surprise at every turn, around the outside landscape, including a grapevine and herb garden. Our high standards of cleanliness and organization, as well as design aesthetics were met, without question. Flowing water fountains and lush landscape provided the perfect soundscapes and soothing atmosphere for morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or glass of wine while enjoying the sunset, both over the red rocks. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the property manager communicated well prior to our check-in date. We look forward to returning to Sedona and staying here with family and friends.

Beautifully landscaped property, with an abundance of places to gather with 6 of my best friends. We loved the experience of walking the tree-canopied pathways throughout the property that took us by the vineyard, water features and fire pits. Surreal and stunning views of the Red Rocks and the stars at night! The home and guest home are both beautifully decorated inside and out. Very clean with comfortable beds and pillows, big bathrooms & showers. Plenty of space for gathering everywhere on the property. Everything was in good working condition and operated well...grill, spa, fire pits, kitchen appliances, showers, etc. Would highly recommend for large groups who want some relaxing quality time with friends/family, and can respect the peaceful beautiful neighborhood. Easy access to great trails that are within walking distance, and a short drive to shopping & restaurants. In summary, my best friends and I loved the experience and time we had staying at this property! Thank you for the fun, memorable weekend!
