Nice quiet stay

The property and surrounding area is fantastic and I'm looking forward to staying there again in the near future. Pismo Pier is close by with great food and drink! Other beach areas are nearby and very accessible. A great to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very cozy and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for our three month stay. Location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very friendly neighborhood. The rental management is very responsive to questions or issues. Overall, we would stay there again if we come to that area again.

This is a great place to stay in. I stayed for 2 months, but it felt very quick as my home. Because the house is on a hill you have a great view down to the sea. Nice way to get an exercise too to walk all the way to the top of the hill for a great 360 view. The house was very complete. Just needed some groceries and everything else was there. Communication was very efficient. Hope to stay here again in the future this really worked for me.

This was an unforgettable stay. My boyfriend and I spent 45 days at this property right during the time of covid/quarantine, but it did not feel that way at all. It felt like 45 days of pure vacation, beach life, and a beautiful spotless home to surround ourselves in. Our property manager, Cindy, was amazing. She made the entire stay very peaceful as she was always responsive to our texts or emails. Our check-in and check-out process was easy and seamless thanks to her. We also had a chance to meet the owner and she was very kind! The neighbors also stopped by and introduced themselves, it was very welcoming and we felt like we were a part of the neighborhood. The home was impeccable. The decorations, the furniture, the views of the ocean, and the space! It was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and an upstairs loft/office that could be turned into a bedroom with the pull-out couch. Tons of extra sheets, pillows, and blankets were provided. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, towels, and everything you would need. The living room/dining area has a beautiful outdoor patio attached to it with a grill and views of the ocean! We had many breakfasts, lunches, and dinners on the patio and enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was also amazing. Brand new Samsung kitchen appliances packed with all the cooking utensils you could ever ask for! Baking, cooking, grilling, extra plates, cups, trays, the list goes on. Lastly, the location was perfect. About a 15 minute walk to Pismo Beach downtown pier where all the restaurants, shops, tourist spots were, and of course entrance to the beach. This location was everything we could ask for, close enough to the beach yet far away enough to get away from the crowds and noises. I highly recommend staying at this property if you have any plans to visit Pismo Beach. I know I will be contacting Cindy again if I am ever back in the area.
