Nice two-bedroom apartment, simple but with everything you need, located in a building in the center of Palma; Perfectly located in a lively area in the urban area but with the tranquility of being on a street with hardly any traffic, it has views from the balcony and lots of light due to the three large windows available. You will find an equipped kitchen (with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. Then they will have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds); In the dining room they have several sofas and armchairs as well as a dining table; Television and free access to WIFI. The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is located on the 3rd floor, it will take a little effort to transfer you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT WITHOUT ELEVATOR!). It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighborhood in Palma, Sa Gerreria, a neighborhood with many essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. They should not worry about noise or anything similar, being located in a very quiet street, they will be able to rest from the buzz that cities generate and at the same time have all the comforts at street level. Located 250 meters from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and just 800 meters from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralized (Train from Sóller, Bus to the Airport, Buses to all destinations on the island ). NB: A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay Rules: -It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, you can smoke on any of the terraces always being careful with butts. -Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment. -Please respect the community areas: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in his group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit. This apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfy beds and we were glad of the air conditioning. It was in a great location in the centre of town with plenty of amenities. The apartment itself was very quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise. Perfect apartment with everything that you need for a short stay.

La ubicación dentro de la ciudad, perfecta, al lado de una calle comercial, pero, lo suficientemente lejos como para no ser ruidosa. La zona muy cómoda para llegar a todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad. Algo lejos de la playa, para nosotros no era relevante, casi mejor. El salón, la habitación doble, la zona de la mesa de comer, cocina en habitación aparte, más que suficiente. El interior y la distribución del apartamento, muy bien organizado por tanto. Había toallas, jabón, papel de baño y cocina, muy bien. Todo muy limpio, la verdad. Tercer piso de escaleras algo empinadas, pero sin mayores problemas. El dormitorio de matrimonio algo justo. El menaje de la cocina algo corto, como suele ser en apartamentos, pero suficiente.

Charming apartment in the centre of Palma Old town. Location could not be more superb!

Perfect location. Lovely apartment. The neighbourhood is great - fantastic restaurants and bars. Palma is well worth a visit. One thing that is noteworthy is that the apartment is up several flights of stairs - this may be an issue for some guests.
