Located in Palma, this lovely condo for $365 per night is a great option for your next break. Penthouse Apartment in a building located in the center of Palma with three terraces; Perfectly located in a lively area in the urban area but with the tranquility of being a street with hardly any traffic, it has spectacular views of the entire city from its highest terrace. It is a duplex, on the main floor you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a dining room with a table and 6 chairs plus a sofa bed. It also has on this level a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. Accessing through the spiral staircase, you will reach two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) plus a bathroom with a shower. It will also have access to the second furnished terrace and through which an external staircase gives access to the highest terrace, from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the city, some of its spectacular historical buildings and the sea. The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is located on the 4th floor, a small effort that will take you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT WITHOUT ELEVATOR!). It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighborhood in Palma, Sa Gerreria, a neighborhood with many essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. They should not worry about noise or anything similar, being located in the attic and in a very quiet street, they will be able to rest from the buzz that cities generate and at the same time have all the comforts at street level. Located 250 meters from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and just 800 meters from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralized (Train from Sóller, Bus to the Airport, Buses to all destinations on the island ). Rules: -It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, you can smoke on any of the terraces always being careful with butts. -Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment. -Please respect the community areas: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit. Booking Conditions: A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay. "Covid-free": This accommodation follows all the professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with anyone throughout your stay, as there are no common areas. Note: The apartment is located in an area for residents only. For the access to the property by car, it is necessary to ask for an ACIRE driving license. We will give you the instructions when you make your reservation.

The property was great, the rooftop patio was amazing. No issues with the virtual check in. Management company was always available for questions. Property was clean and a perfect location. Will definitely book it again if we return for another visit.

Property was well presented. Lots of awkward stairs could be a problem for some but not us. I have given 2 stars for the check in process. I seemed to be dealing with 3 separate people, vrbo, the owner, and another. It got to the point when we wondered if the apartment was genuine. We had to give away so much information it felt a huge security risk It all worked out well in the end.

Although in the heart of a great neighbourhood for restaurants and bars, and central for everything, The appartment (4th and top floor) was quiet. 3 terraces, including on the roof, so plenty of outside space. Not recommended for cold weather, though, as there isn’t a comfortable seating area inside.

the location was brilliant , in the middle of everything ,bars and restaurants. the two apartments we hired (3&4) were great . you need to be fairly fit to navigate the stairwell but once you get to the top the rooftop terraces in apartment 4 were fantastic for early evening drinks in the Mediterranean sun . perfect the stairs up to the apartments… but worth the climb

Wir haben das Appartment in Palma für eine Woche gemietet und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Abwicklung, Kommunikation und Check-In waren unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Die Gastgeber waren bemüht dass alles gut klappt und haben sich nochmals nach der Funktionsfähigkeit des WLans erkundigt. Das hat problemlos funktioniert. Es ist alles vorhanden an Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, auch zum Wechseln. Die Küche ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Empfehlen würde ich das Apartment für die Sommermonate, da es zwei Terrassen und eine spektakuläre Dachterrasse hat. Diese konnten wir aufgrund des eher schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock mit steilen, engen Treppen und ist deshalb nicht für Leute zu empfehlen die schlecht laufen können. Auch innerhalb der Wohnung befinden sich so einige Treppen und Stufen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut, man findet tolle Lokale in der Nähe und ist zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum. Für die zentrale Lage ist die Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig, auch nachts. Insgesamt ein positives Erlebnis.

Great experience and great location for Palma de Mallorca. The area is amazing with the history, architecture and churches. Easy to walk to everything once you get it down. Be careful of all the stairs to and in the apartment...those take a little to get down as well. Awesome experience, highly recommend!!

A very special appartment very close to the center, Placa Major. Be prepared for exercise going up and down the stairs. In good wheather, the terrasses are awesome. Priority Villas people are very helpful and we got quick answers on our questions.

The apartment is located in the city center of Palma which is great if you're exploring the city. Its many terraces (3!) offer a great view over the city and offer great sunset views (especially the rooftop terrace!). The apartment was as advertised, clean and good price/quality :) Communication with the host was through WhatsApp which was very convenient. After filling in a form we were provided with the access code for the door. The host provided us with a list of different addresses (restaurants, supermarkets, bars, ...) and was always very friendly. We personally had no issue with noise (maybe because it's more out of season), but some noise is to be expected when you're in the city center. As mentioned by the host there are quite some stairs to access the 4th-floor apartment - but this was never an issue for us. Tip: rent a scooter to do a day of beach-hopping, we just paid 25EUR for 1 full day.
