Communication from the moment of booking was great, very informative and easy to check in to get instructions for access to the accommodation. Was very easy to find and easily accessible.
The property was well lit all the way through, very clean and tidy, and well prepared for our arrival. Great location with good access to food, drink, shopping, and sights. The views from the terrace were great, and a nice way to spend an evening.
Amenities were spot on and having some filtered water ready for use in the fridge was a very nice reprieve after a warm trip.
All in all, a great stay in a central and safe location, comfy bed and a good shower, can't ask for much better. If/ when we come back to Palma, we'll definitely look to book again.
