It was very near to everything
There was no English tv channels other than 2 news channels. Would have liked bigger glasses to drink from. Bed was not very comfortable

Great location and plenty to do nearby.
Staff were helpful and responsive when contacted.
Facility to store luggage and change was welcome.
It was a key code, for two doors. Codes were communicated as we were on route and you would need internet service on day of arrival to access. There is a small pool which could do with being cleaned more regularly as prone to wall dust and pigeon debris. Staff were helpful and responsive when contacted but pre requested linen was not available on arrival. The kettle is a hob kettle not an electric one which is very slow.
We were in the apartment above the front door, the security buzzer at night as door opens is very loud.

Fabulous location with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Exceptionally clean
A little difficult to access the room key code and a small leak across the floor from the shower but nothing that spoilt our stay

Location was excellent. Quiet. Enjoyed making our own breakfast, lunch, dinner etc and eating in the outside patio area. Great to have access to washing machine and airers, although washing liquid bleached a few items.
The second bed was a sofa bed which was uncomfortable and unmade on arrival. There were no loungers near splash pool which was a shame. Could have one at least. Pool small. Correspondence could be better on arrival.
