Located in Palma de Mallorca, this charming three-storey townhouse is just 300 metres from the beach and opposite the city’s historic old walls. Its convenient location offers easy access to Palma’s city centre, culture and Mediterranean coastline, making it a great base for exploring the city and the island.
The house accommodates up to 6 guests and features comfortable interiors full of character, making it well suited to both short city breaks and longer stays.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming living area with an open-plan dining space and large glass-panelled doors that open to let in the warm Mediterranean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while a cosy double bedroom and guest toilet complete this floor.
The first floor features a bright and spacious master bedroom with a large double bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The top floor offers a generous twin bedroom with two single beds, along with a second bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower.

The apartment was in a great location and had all the amenities you could wish for just a little note that there was a lot of steps up to the apartment and the bedrooms were on 3 floors which meant there was a lot of steps up to the top bedroom which gave us a bit of a task trying to get heavy cases up the stairs other than that it was a really good trip.

Very nice apartment which is well-equipped. Within walking distance to the beach and many attractions in Palma. The train and bus stations were also close for out-of-town attractions like Soller and the Aquarium.
