The induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. -Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino. -Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead. -Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h) -Check-out before 11:00h It is located 200 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Poniente" and is located in a modern and charming area, surrounded by good restaurants and next to the sea. La situacion, las instalaciones, las smartv y los colchones (estos ultimos de 10) La gente lo maleducada que es. Me refiero a las personas de la urbanizacion. Casi todos extranjeros, porque creo que la educacion es universal. Y en el apartamento un poco falta de mantenimiento y las almohadas un poco malas.

The apartment was really nice will be looking at potentially going back with the family as has everything needed for a family weekend away There wasn't really anything I didn't like but if i was to say anything sometimes difficult to get a taxi as no taxi ranks near

Tout est nickel on a savouré notre séjour L'arrivée d'un agent de sécurité le 21 novembre à 20h00 pour nous demander notre numéro d'appartement et la raison de notre stationnement dans notre place assignée était très désagréable.

spotlessly clean apartment, great location away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy Benidorm. great heated pool, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The key pick up was a good distance from the apartment and as it wasn’t ready when we arrived, we just had to wait around near the apartment until they phoned us several hours later, about 3.30pm and we then picked the key up from the lovely lady who cleaned it and we felt we lost a day as there was no-where to leave our cases. There was no info in the apartment regarding the facilities available, Wi-Fi code, local recommendations etc. emergency contacts etc.

Faciliteiten en de kamer Hoofdkantoor zit wat verder weg en op de locatie zelf is geen personeel aanwezig. Makkelijker contact met een medewerker zou fijn zijn.

Het appartement was erg mooi en was precies zoals vermeld en voorgesteld op de foto's. Het zwembad bij het complex was heerlijk met verwarmd water en tevens waren er 2 jacuzzi's naast het zwembad. De gym was goed en niet druk. Van de sauna (te reserveren en moet worden betaald) hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. Enige nadeel was dat het even duurde voordat er warm water uit de kraan kwam. Niets, omdat het appartement met alles is uitgevoerd wat men verwacht in een luxe woning

Apartment is exceptionally High standard fixtures and fittings, heated pool and jaccuzis, pure luxury, totally made our winter holiday enjoyable Nothing not to like except the high prices for just a couple 😢 great for a larger group, also that the heated pool was not open at 7am as it was supposed to be some days it was just before midday

Todo lo demás nos encantó. El piso está nuevo y con decoración moderna. Con una gran terraza. No le faltaba de nada, bueno si, un secador de pelo, que no tenía, lo demás, todo nuevo. Las instalaciones geniales. Una gran piscina con bar incluido. Los horarios de las piscinas amplios, una de ellas está abierta desde las 7:00 de la mañana hasta las 23:00. Hay hamacas, sombrillas y césped para tumbarse. Hay un gimnasio, pistas de pádel, de tenis, de fútbol, parque infantil, rocodromo, piscina infantil con tobogán y juegos de agua No esta lejos de la playa tampoco. Y el personal que nos atendió, muy atentos. Cuando llegamos, no aparecían las llaves del apartamento y nos ofrecieron un juego de llaves en el que faltaba la del parking, para que fuéramos entrando al apartamento y poder ir metiendo el equipaje mientras encontraban las llaves. Luego uno de los empleados nos llevó el juego completo de llaves al apartamento. La persona que nos atendió fue muy agradable y resolutiva. Yo he tenido una muy buena experiencia, repetiría sin duda. Lo que menos nos gustó fueron los colchones y las almohadas, eran muy duros
